We ordered a room for 2 adults and 2 kids but it turned out the bed wasn't big enough to sleep for four of us. So I asked the assistant manager to give me an extra bed, but he always said there wasn't enough space in the room. So on the first day I slept on the floor. The next day I asked for an extra bed again from the staff on duty at the reception, at first she also said the same thing. But because I was sure that the space was enough, I said let's try it first. And after she brought the extra bed in, we tried it and turned out that it was sufficient! in fact there was still quite a large space left. However, I decided to just use the mattress to make it easier to fold. The next day I spoke to the assistant manager again that the extra bed was enough in my room, he said yes that was enough because I only took the mattress. OMG! this assistant manager always talks nonsense even though he doesn't know anything, it's really annoying! I'm surprised someone like him could become an assistant manager.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the room is super big, you can have a bath at home, and it's very convenient to go to Ginza. There are many delicacies and old restaurants with a rating of 4.0 or above near the hotel, and they all taste great. I advise you not to queue up in Ginza to eat.The disadvantages are that there are stairs outside the window, the bed in the deluxe double room is too narrow and easy to move, and the quilt cover is a bit loose. However, these problems are nothing compared to price and location.

A Japanese couple living overseas stayed in a superior room with a cypress bath for three nights. I had sent a large amount of pre-delivered items through Rakuten and Amazon, and for a hotel of this class, I was impressed with how carefully everything was placed in the guest rooms in advance. Also, the welcome drink tea and disposable towels did not look cheap, especially the towels that were similar to those found at InterContinental Hotels. The Wifi is fast and comfortable, and it's a matter of personal preference, but I think it would be better to use stationary in-bath amenities rather than disposable ones to match the atmosphere. Overall, I had a great impression that this was not a hotel that was built and operated cheaply to take advantage of the so-called inbound bubble.

The hotel was a quiet small and cozy oasis in Ginza, with friendly staff and hospitality details that made our quick stay very enjoyable. The bath was a highlight, so serene and luxurious, a perfect refreshing experience after a long travel to Japan. The coffee and pastries in the morning were very convenient and the location was great to explore Ginza.

The atmosphere around the hotel is peaceful. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from Ginza. It is also very close to the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. The room is clean, comfortable and well designed. The large cypress bathtub is the favorite of children!
