The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Check-in is self-administered.There is a family bath, a cooking room, and it seems like you can have a BBQ outside.

There's a quality to being left alone. I don't talk to anyone from check-in to check-out, but it's not a problem. I plan on drinking alcohol, so after parking my car, I can walk to Yumigahama during the day and Katsura Uma at night, and the facilities are clean and there are private baths, so I stayed here. There are vending machines, but there are no convenience stores within walking distance, so it's better to buy what you need.

I would like to go back to a normal ryokan like the old ``Futamiya'' instead of something like this.

I stayed in an 8 tatami Japanese style room. The cleaning was perfect and I had a comfortable stay. There was a private bath, so I didn't have to worry about the people around me, and I was able to relax.I went there by motorcycle, and there was a covered bicycle parking lot, which was very helpful as I didn't have to get wet even though it rained that night.

This is a self-service inn.The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking, and you can also rent face towels and pajamas, so you can stay quite light. However, rental items require 100 yen coins, so it is better to have small change ready. This time I used a private bath, and it was really nice! I was able to soak in the hot water slowly and without hesitation. This is an inn I would like to visit again if possible.

This is a cost-effective inn that specializes in overnight stays.I set the sheets myself, and the next morning I follow the rules and take them off and put them in the shoe rack or vacuum them. It's not difficult, but if you're lazy or can't follow the rules, a regular guesthouse might be a better choice. Other than that, it's a good inn that's cheap and has a hot spring. There is a toilet and sink in the room, as well as amenities. It has been cleaned and is not "cheap". Although the hot spring is not large (washing area, 5 seats inside and outside, 5 people indoors, 3 people outdoors), the number of rooms is limited, so if you change the time, you can reserve it for yourself. I also went to the family bath, but it was ok. I do not recommend it unless you are a couple or have small children. (It was small and there was no hot water in the open air.) We had a problem where we didn't have enough mattresses, but we were grateful for your immediate help over the phone. A very beautiful woman brought me a futon in her arms. If you want to go to Yumigahama, you can see it by walking west along the road that leaves the inn and walking south along the large river. Walk for about 5 minutes. 20 minutes from the town of Shimoda and a convenience store nearby. It is located along the river, making a sharp turn at the 5th intersection of Prefectural Route 120 (the intersection where Minatoyu is located). There is a sea breeze, so you might get a shock after washing your car.
