I stayed here at the end of the year on my way to Shimane.Even though it was cold, the staff welcomed us with a smile and helped us carry a large amount of luggage.I had reserved only one room, but due to the large number of guests and the lack of guests, they kindly prepared another room for me.I was very grateful that my mother, who has bad legs, was allowed to use the bed room.The room was spacious and comfortable.Although it was extremely cold inside the building, the children were having fun playing table tennis and darts.The lineup of manga was great, and both my husband and children were very happy. I was happy to be able to read it carefully in my room.The bath was also available for private use and the children were happy. The water was just the right amount of hot water and felt very good.Also, I received a phone call the next day saying that I had left something behind, but even though I had asked them to send it cash on delivery, the hotel had to pay for the shipping.Thank you for your consideration.The staff were so kind, and that alone made me want to stay at this hotel again.I would like to visit you again.

Even though I checked in late from Nishinomiya City, I was given parking information and explanations at the reception desk despite the cold weather. I felt warmly welcomed by the warm response from the male employees. The inside of the building has a slightly retro feel, but the sanitary aspect is also reassuring as each teacup is provided in a sterilized corner bag. I had a feeling that it was going to be the beginning of a wonderful trip and seeing me off early in the morning to head to Tottori. I would like to use it again. Thank you to the staff 🍀

A hotel with good C/P value! But because the equipment is relatively old and the indoor space is not large! Breakfast is not available, so it is recommended to purchase breakfast at nearby convenience stores. There are about 8 parking spaces at the entrance, and the rest of the cars must be parked under the bridge. A good choice for pure bathing

The cost performance is good. I stayed overnight, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was also happy that there was a Monaca present in the room. You will also be soothed by the ducks swimming in the river in front of you. The hot springs are fed directly from the source, and although it was a little hot, the hotel took this into account. I was surprised that the family bath was free. thank you very much. I think it's a very good hotel.

The cost performance is Yubara No. 1, and you can find everything from sweets, coffee, cocoa, and tea, as well as table tennis, massage chairs, and a manga cafe ☕️ corner, all for free. The bathroom and room were clean and the hot water was great. The staff's response was also very good. Thank you for making wonderful memories.

Located at the entrance to the hot spring town. The building is old, but the inside is pretty clean. I was soothed by the friendly staff and the lake view from my room. It's cheap to take a hot spring bath, and they also have tea sweets and coffee sticks. Relatively high cost performance. They seem to be putting a lot of effort into manga right now, and Mochihora has been popular lately. It was fun to play table tennis and play massage chairs as much as I wanted.

Although it was very cheap, the hot springs, rooms, and accommodation were good, and we were able to enjoy table tennis, magnetic darts, massage chairs, and manga, and we were kindly provided with drink service. It was a wonderful stay and wonderful people.

I wonder if it went bankrupt and is now an inn owned by OYO, an Indian owner.The building is showing its age, but you can stay there cheaply so it's not that bad.However, please note that it is not a very convenient place to eat.There are sushi restaurants in the hot spring town, so it might be a good idea to eat there.

I stayed overnight without meals, but it was cheap anyway.There's nothing superfluous (lol)The hot spring itself was nice, but no matter how long I waited, I felt like the hot water would never come out of the shower.

As expected, the hot springs at the hot springs were good, but I heard that they are not yet fully open for business.It was a hot spring village where you can enjoy the familiar footbath of Yubara Onsen and the autumn leaves that appear a little earlier than other places.

It feels like a business hotel where you can soak in a real hot spring. The building looks old but has been renovated.What I'm concerned about is the darkness of the lighting. It may be difficult to see the keyhole of the room door in the hallway. If you think about sleep, it might be better to have it that dark, but I think some people might find it creepy.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a long-term work trip. It was fantastic, and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable, the view was breathtaking, the room was well equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It truly became a home away from home.

Nice room, nice view, nice hot water kettle, and nice decor in the room. Big bottle of water included in the refrigerator but we decided not to drink it just because it was free.However, the negatives that I found:- hot water in the room was turned off completely and we had no option of turning it back on; had cold water during the winter for our entire stay- two light bulbs stopped working during our stay so our room was dim in a third of the area; the owner did not bother maintaining the function of the lights- the futon mattresses had particles on them- charged us extra the onsen fee when we did not even use the onsen- the onsen off the whole time everyday and was turned on only the scheduled time slot that we must schedule with them; there is no convenience of using the onsen whenever you like during the stay, but will be charged the fee- we know that times are tough with the ongoing pandemic and saw that the hotelier was trying to save electricity and water by having them turned off except for when we were scheduled to go use the shower so we purposely didn't shower during our stay as to not inconvenience or incur additional costs to the hotel. The hotel still charged us the extra onsen fee at the end of our stay. Despite the charge being cheap it still left a bitter taste. We even cleaned up our own trash and chose not to use the included towels or yukatas.I wasn't going to mentioned the frugality of the hotel but them having charged us the onsen fee when we didn't even use the onsen/shower during our 2 days was sneaky, disappointing, and disheartening in our eyes after we had tried to be so courteous and thoughtful towards the hotel. We hope that they try to fix this since bad reviews aren't what people want to be issuing out during these tough times for customer service businesses.
