Used on Shikoku trip in August 2024Stayed here on the last day of Awa Odori.The hotel is old, but it is a wonderful hotel with a homey feel that surpasses it♪Location・Close to Awa Odori venue (within 10 minutes walk)・Close to the entertainment district and station (within 10 minutes walk)・Since it is located away from the road closure area, there will be no traffic congestion.・The area around the hotel is quiet・Convenience store (within 5 minutes walk)Hotel・Dark grandma character (healing type)・Grandchild's smile is wonderful (healing type)・The hotel and rooms are old but clean.・Accommodation costs are low・Free parking・The number of parking lots is more than the 20 listed, so it's unclear how many there are, but it's safe.At check-in, they take care of various things and are reliable!When I returned to my room after shopping, my grandma was taking a nap in the lobby, which was very relaxing.If you experience the wonderful Awa Odori dance, Tokushima gourmet food, and a homely grandmother, your sightseeing in Tokushima will be complete♪I think there are quite a lot of grandma fans who use this hotel.I will come back to stay again.thank you very much.

Although the facilities seemed old, they were well maintained and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.Nice-smelling body soap, conditioner shampoo, and facial cleanser are provided in the bath in the room.Most importantly, I was impressed by the hospitality of turning on the air conditioner to keep the room cool before check-in. I would like to use it again when I go to Tokushima.

Thank you for your help during my trip.Thank you for making me feel calm at your homely business hotel!The parking lot is on a first-come, first-served basis,They had put their names on the cones in advance, soThere was no need to worry ☺︎I checked in late at night, butThe guy at the reception was also kind.The lady at the hotel reception was very kind.It was fun to talk about various things.I also received a souvenir which made me feel warm.I will be indebted to you again when I go to Tokushima! thank you very much.

I made a reservation on May 1st during Golden Week, and stayed for one night from the 4th. I was satisfied with the reservation and the cost performance.The reception had a homely atmosphere. The room itself is old... It's comfortable to withstand the rain and wind (lol) Well, if you just take a shower and sleep, there's no problem.It was a stay without meals, but when I left in the morning, I was able to talk to the hotel's elderly proprietress-like employee, which made me feel at ease, and I was also happy to receive a small souvenir. However, I was relieved to be able to use the covered parking lot 😮💨I would like to use it again when staying in Tokushima city.

It was a 4t truck, but they went out of their way to find a parking spot for me, and I'm grateful for that. They just left the beer in the vending machine lol.

Make a reservation for 1 person a few hours before your stay.The parking lot was also empty.The room is spacious and I think the carry bag can be spread out easily.TV is SONY 22 inch (small size)Kirigamine air conditionerSHARP air purifierThe dryer is TESCOM and has a good air volume.Refrigerators are commonThe unit bath is quite old, but the faucet and shower head have been replaced.If there is something unfortunate,Light switches can be turned on and off at two locations (exit and window) at the same time.No other indirect lighting.If you don't like pitch darkness, I think it would be a good idea to turn on the lights in the unit bath.The receptionist's response was also very good.

A business hotel that is often used during business trips. The cute grandmother of the staff always greets me and greets me kindly, which is soothing (*^^*)I think the building itself is old, but the rooms are a little spacious and there's a lot of space to put your luggage, so it's nice and relaxing♪The walls are thin, so it's a bit difficult to hear the voices of the people staying next door, but the staff are kind, the grandmother is nice, and there's a convenience store and shopping mall nearby, so that makes up for it (^^)
