The room was disappointing. dirty! I can't see outside at all. I was fooled by the photo! The room smells bad and some equipment is unusable! Above all, I couldn't believe that there was only one futon in the room for two people...It was the worst experience! Even though I came to celebrate my birthday, the reception was so bad! The cake was also left in its box on the table...When I made the final calculation, I made a mistake on the cake price, so this is the worst place ever!I also gave Jalan the lowest score, but for some reason it didn't seem to be reflected in the reviews, which seemed like lies! Please be careful if you want to make a reservation! Don't be fooled!

I used it for glamping for 2 days and 1 night. The room was cool, clean, and had no smell, and the staff was very polite and helpful!Due to heavy rain, we were unable to use day-trip hot springs and other hot spring facilities, so they lent us a private room with an open-air bath instead (they also provided us with an email and phone call in advance).I was happy that the drink bar was free ♡If you are walking from Shinrin Koen Station, it is easier to walk along the Shinrin Koen Green Road.I would like to use it again! !

600 yen per person for a day trip bath on weekdays is cheap! I used it at night and it was empty so it was a hidden gem. The sauna was so hot, and even though it was summer, the cold bath was so perfect that it gave me a headache.

We used glamping with half board. The food and service were both very good.I was talking with a friend about how beautiful the place is and the amount of food is amazing, so why don't you post more pictures online? So I decided to write a review.Since I didn't have a car, I took the train from Tokyo to Shinrin Koen Station and took a taxi. There was one at the taxi stand around noon on Sunday, so I was there in 5 minutes. (about 500 yen)Since you can enter the room from 15:00, I think it would be best to check in at 15:00. There is Cain's just after crossing the crosswalk, where you can buy various things. However, the amount of ingredients is incredible, and as you can see in the photo, it also comes with marshmallows and chocolate, so I don't think you need to buy sweets. (There is a freezer, so you can have ice cream after taking a hot spring.) There are 2L plastic bottles of water, so if you buy juice or alcohol, you will have enough.Pajamas weren't really necessary as there were indoor clothes, bedrock bathing suits, and towels. (It's lame, so if you're interested, you might want to bring your own.)The open-air bath at the hot spring was very large and I enjoyed it both at night and in the morning. There are about 3 rooms in the bedrock bath and I enjoyed going around with my friends. The photo shows the room was dirty with all my luggage already there, but it was spacious and the curtains were very cute with lots of gathers ♡The cooler worked really well, maybe for insect repellent spray and makeup? There were also mirrors and extension cords. At night, I played the free board games, ate the leftover rice balls, and slept soundly. The staff were also very kind and helpful 🫶

I used to go there often because it's in my neighborhood, but when I went there today, it was no longer a natural hot spring. It's a shame that the bathroom smells like dirt. The changing rooms and toilets were not cleaned well, and the hallways were also wet. There are two rest rooms, but the one with the reclining sofa didn't have air conditioning.I was a secret fan of this bathhouse with a nice atmosphere, so I was really disappointed that it had been a long time since I visited and there were fewer employees and the quality of hygiene management had clearly deteriorated. Even when I asked the receptionist, they didn't know.I wish they would at least not give up on the hot springs. Oh, only the cold bath is still a hot spring.

I used it for a day trip bath.Once upon a time, this was the Hanawaraku hot spring and was often used, but it was submerged in a torrential rain some time ago, and there was some confusion in Namekawa town about whether or not it should be restored, and it was abandoned for a long time and almost returned to the wilderness, so it is unlikely that it will be revived. I thought it wasn't. However, before you know it, it has been revived as Teruma-yu.The hot spring facilities are the same as they used to be and I personally feel very nostalgic. As a result, there are some parts that are a bit old-fashioned, but overall I thought it was kept in good condition. The price is also much cheaper than the Hanawaraku no Yu era, and I think it's one of the cheapest in this area. The quality of the spring water remains the same, and the open air is lukewarm, so you can soak in it slowly.
