Writing this a lot later than we visited. We hired the entire lodge and they were fantastic communication as we navigated many covid closures.We finally arrived in Jan 24 and hosts were amazing.They helped all aspects of our trip.The only thing we can suggest is that the lodge just is not suitable for smaller children due to step stairs.Accomodation was clean, well kept and warm.Food, easy access to ski resort and recommended restaurants did not disappoint.Thanks for having us.

We travelled as a couple over the new years break and we had an absolutely fantastic time at Myoko House. There’s nothing we didn’t like - perfect communication before we arrived, great knowledge of local amenities, very comfortable and cozy accommodation, really delicious food… There’s a lot more. Akiko and Nathan were super helpful after our train travel got messed up due to the earthquake on 1 January, giving us helpful tips and booking alternative transport for us. Absolute 5 star and we hope to be back very soon!

Just got home from a 7 night stay at Myoko House. We absolutely loved it. Nathan and Akiko are wonderful hosts. Great overall knowledge of the area and transfers to the local resorts each morning and restaurants in the evenings. Akiko's breakfasts are better than a 5 star hotel! The rooms are clean, warm and so comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Myoko House is an excellent place to stay for a family ski holiday in Myoko. Nathan and Akiko are fantastic hosts and the included Breakfasts are an absolute bonus. We dined in 4 out of 5 nights as the food that Akiko prepares is absolutely delicious. The pick up and drop off to the train station and the drop off each morning to the ski resort of your choice is the icing on the cake. Thanks Nathan and Akiko for a great stay.

Had the pleasure of staying at Myoko House, great hospitality by Aki Nate and Nick. It is a little down the road from Akakura Kanko (not walkable) but the lodge does have its own shuttle service. I drove my own vehicle and there was ample parking available.Rooms were clean and comfortable, toilets were accessible and shower had hot water ready.Daily breakfast were good and got me well ready for the day on the slopes. Good recommendations by Nate as well for the ins and outs around Myoko Kogen.

Nathan, Akiko and Nick were great hosts and shared plenty of knowledge of the ski fields and the surrounding town. The inclusion of a cooked breakfast every morning really took the hassle out of preparing for a day on the slopes. We booked a room for five people and would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity. Thanks guys!
