I wasn't expecting much, but it was a wonderful hot spring. If you want to enjoy hot springs, I think this is one of the best hot springs in Japan. However, transportation is quite difficult as it is a secret hot spring in the mountains. Meals are only from the mountains.

We stayed in the Japan-style room for two nights. The room was simple and nice. The food was very good. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, we were traveling with our 10-month-old son and everyone looked after us very warmly ❤️. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The water is minerally cloudy and the pools are deep. During the day we went for a hike up the mountain. Overall 10/10. Would come back immediately if it wasn't so far away.

I stayed alone for one night at the end of September. It's been about 6 years since I last visited, but as always, I think it's a great hotel for the Secret Hot Springs Protection Association. The women's bath has been beautifully renovated and you can enjoy the wonderful hot spring water flowing directly from the source. The cloudy open-air bath is large and very comfortable. For the food, I had the guinea fowl hot pot, and everything, including that, was very delicious. Breakfast is also good. You can choose one drink of your choice, including milk from Koiwai Farm. It's a place where the water is very delicious, so having coffee next to the hearth in the morning is also special. Wifi is also fast. I also saw the self-catering building. Next time, if possible, I would like to take a relaxing bath while working from home for about a week. I'll visit you again.
