This was my second time staying at the amazing Prince Gallery hotel in Tokyo. If the first time was a fluke they managed to do it again! The staff are always very polite, hospitable, always willing to go the extra mile. …

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Hotel was nice, but it definitely was not a five-star resort. The room views were nice, and had Greta views. The hotel did not acknowledge our Marriott status- as we were not given a welcome amenity or an upgraded room. The food in the restaurant was OK. However, the views from the restaurant were absolutely beautiful. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji and planes landing at the airport. The amenities and service need upgrading for it to be a five-star hotel. This hotel definitely caters towards business clientele rather than families. Children under 18 were not allowed to use the pool. After a long day of touring Tokyo, that would’ve been a nice addition for our family to be able to use. The next time we are in Tokyo, we will select another hotel to stay in.

We stayed at the Prince Gallery with our 4yo son during a Xmas holiday and our stay was pretty close to perfect. The hotel is on the top floors of a stunning building close to the the train station and quick ride to Ginza and Tokyo Station. The service provides the best of Western and Japanese cultures and we were made to feel very welcome on arrival. The room was beautiful, with amazing views of the city, comfy beds, large modern TV and big bathroom. The room was well designed, with all of the tech and features you could ask for.The breakfast was very good, but our only minor feedback was the buffet staff were overwhelmed at times, with quite a few items running out and empty plates stacked on tables. We loved our experience here and will definitely be back.

The amenities are conveniently located, the gym and swimming pool are very nice along with the Sauna and cold plunge. View upstairs is spectacular. Breakfast is very nice. I thought, however, that the overall value was average because of the service. If you are to pay that kind of money, you might as well stay at the Ritz Carlton. The front desk staff and manager didn't make me feel particularly welcome. For having stayed in many hotels on business, it came as a surprise, unfortunately. I would not come back.
