I used it on the reopening day. Payment is made by card at the time of reservation the day before. At the reception on the day, I was told that my credit card company's permission had not yet been granted, so I paid in cash. I was told that the card would be cancelled. Later on, I became interested, so when I checked my usage history, it said that the payment had been completed, so I immediately reported it via Instagram DM. Since I didn't hear back from them after that, I contacted them via email and the website inquiry form, but I didn't hear back. A week later, I was finally able to talk to them on the phone today and they said they would refund my money.I don't blame them for the deficiencies, but I wonder how the facilities should respond. It seems like you're dealing with this all by yourself, so I understand that it's difficult, but I'd appreciate it if you could just reply.Even though I respond to Instagram stories.My family was moved by the night sky after the sunset, but I felt very disappointed.

I had the most peaceful time when it was run by the town, but with the advent of power-powered sites, I was surprised at the management policy that decided to cut off traditional Onuma Encampment fans in one fell swoop, including the soaring prices.The deterioration of response is accelerating, such as deleting inconvenient posts on Instagram.

Reopened on September 28, 2024.Broadly divided into solo sites, free sites, and private sites.It seems that Solo can park one car, and others can park up to two cars.Solo is old forest. All of the free space has been divided into sections, but each section is larger than I expected. Depending on how you park your car, you will be blindfolded from your neighbors.I stayed in the private room E, and since it was in the back, there were no cars coming in and out, so I felt at ease. From the looks of it, E is the best!Depending on the direction of the wind, you can hear cows mooing and the sound of the jet engines at Chitose Airport in the middle of the night, but it's not that noticeable.The toilets and kitchen were very clean and there were wheelchair accessible facilities.Some people say that season tickets are expensive, but there were people who stayed for a long time (the person who invented the season ticket), so I recommend it for those people.Most of the garbage will be thrown away as before.Overall, I thought it was worth the price after staying there.

It's a really nice campsite, but there are bears.I won't go there anymore because it has been renewed and the price is a rip-off.

I took advantage of the fact that I could check in even after 5pm. The QR code for advance payment cannot be read. No matter how many times I try, it's impossible. When I called and asked what I should do, I was told that someone from the campground would be there the next day, so I should let them know and make the payment. That section was very helpful.It is better not to use portable toilets. Please use the toilet behind the reception desk! (I checked in late, so I realized it late.) Unfortunately, there seemed to be a man with bad manners on the day I used it. The next morning, when I went to the bathroom, I saw this. This usage can be said to be masculine. The portable toilets are separated for men and women. This is the women's toilet. I'm not saying don't use it, but there is no way to use it this way. At least I would like it to be used cleanly (angry) It's too dirty.
