Such a wonderful inn in such a rural setting. Inside, we played table tennis, had great Japanese food, and took a super relaxing bath in the best hot springs.

This time, we used it for a dinner party for about 30 people after a memorial service and for several groups to stay overnight. The location is almost next to the Adachi Museum of Art, so I think transportation is convenient. The male staff member who first guided me to the room was very polite and nice. There were two rooms, one like the living room of a regular house and the other a Japanese-style room.Every corner was thoroughly cleaned and I was able to spend a very comfortable time there. The meal was Japanese kaiseki, and I was surprised at how voluminous it was, so much so that I couldn't finish it all.The sashimi and meat were delicious, and I was very satisfied with the abalone that came with it.I was a little disappointed that some of the staff in charge of serving meals at dinner parties had poor customer service. I would like it to be improved. As for the baths, both the indoor bath and the open-air bath in the large public bath are of average quality. I was grateful that I was able to use it even late at night. As for amenities, it's a little sparse.Although it doesn't have anything special, I think it's a safe inn to stay at.

Since it wasn't a tour, I was exhausted from visiting the Adachi Museum of Art, not only looking at the garden, but also the Japanese paintings and vessels.I arrived at Sagi no Yuso in such a state, and all I can say is that it was a good accommodation. The room I was taken to for check-in looked out onto the white sand garden, just like the Adachi Museum of Art, and had a tasteful table, several types of welcome drinks, and more than I could list.I was able to use the private indoor and outdoor baths that happened to be vacant right away.A total of four of us took a quick bath, and it was clean and tasteful, so we had nothing to say.I think the sophisticated, yet casual attentiveness of the people at the inn creates a relaxing atmosphere. It was an inn that I would like to visit again, separate from the Adachi Museum of Art.

Day trip bathing fee: ¥1,000 per personShimane, Tottori prefecture residents 800 yen (identification must be shown)The hot springs in the indoor bath are better than the open-air one, and are often empty on weekday afternoons, so you can relax.I recommend it if you have the time.
