An absolutely gorgeous villa that housed 16 of us at a great location near lots of cafes and restaurants. We were greeted by the lovely staff who helpfully carried our luggages to our rooms. The villa was clean when we arrived and was constantly up-kept during our stay. The pool and the common areas (particularly the dining) were constantly clean.A huge shoutout to the service that was provided, particularly by Kak Diki, for being so accommodating for our big group. He helped organize several massages throughout our 3-day stay, as well as a round of laundry. Kak Diki would happily help us with whatever issues or questions we had, ranging from breakfast orders to spare keys. The staff would stay up for us and lock the villa up even past midnight, to which we are very grateful for!Definitely highly recommend Villa Amita by Nakula to any big groups looking for a gorgeous luxurious villa! :)

We were a group of 17 people from india. I must say that Villa Amita's team were absolutely amazing. their service was top notch. The facilities at the villa were very very good. Everything is exactly how it is in the pictures. Special Mention to Dicky and his team for taking such good care of us. The food menu could be added with a few more vegetarian options, but otherwise, everything was absolutely great.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay here , even though being a big group we were taken care off with super clean rooms and pool. The staff were considerate and caring to our needs. A sure 10/10 in every aspect. ❤️

The facilities available are undoubtedly good, but the service provided is very unpleasant, both from the staff and the villa manager. We were also detained and given a very high fine because we lost an item that we didn't know whether it should not be brought or was lost. Maybe my suggestion for this villa is that the service can be improved and the terms and conditions can also be made clearer so that customers can stay in the villa comfortably.

The location and place are very good, but in terms of service it is very lacking, we didn't get things like a smile when telling us about breakfast. Apart from that, we were not allowed to go home just because we lost two bags where our sandals were stored and were fined unreasonably even though there were no rules regarding this matter.

The facility was very great, no comment hence down one of the best furniture and quality. But the service is a BIG NO. Their hospitality is just not it. When the staff told me that the breakfast is ready, it’s kinda more like a scolding rather than telling me. I kinda got offended by the amount of money i spent and the service that i got. Me and my friends feel like this is not the best place to make a bond in the night time because the neighbors is complaining, we thought that this property is ours but the reality there are a lot of unspoken rules that ruined everything we’ve planned. A big star for the facilities but A BIG NO for the hospitality. Reconsider whether you want to search for a good facility or a good hospitality 🙏

The interiors are relatively simple, but the furnishings are exquisitely built, brightly finished, and intricately designed. There are also fixtures with a lot of woven wood pieces and fashionable, luxury art pieces. The amenities are generally of the same quality as those found in hotels and resorts, with the goal of ensuring complete satisfaction and delight. Villa Amita provides you with privileged vacation living with an atmosphere that is both exotic and calm. It is spread out among the rice fields of Kerobokan. All staff very helpfull.
