The villa is located at a nice location.A little inside from the main road making it a quiet and peaceful place. All the facilities mentioned in the description were available. Good and healthy Breakfast was provided. Villa Staff were cordial and very helpful. Always prompt to offer their services to the guest. A lady butler by the name Juni has assisted me in ordering food through online delivery services. Not forgetting the effort she took to follow me to the money exchange shop to ask back the money from the shop where I was scammed by the one selling the money. Kudos to her and her team… 🙌 Thank you Kecapi villa for giving me and my husband good memories to cherish…Will come again soon..

Kecapi Villa is best suited for anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The staff are very polite and ready to help whenever called for. They are also great at providing transport and arranged a rental scooty for us in such short notice. Will surely recommend

I booking a two-bedroom villa, the villa owner is very good, the room is very clean, the breakfast is also very delicious, carefully done. I got a message earlier, and I made the honeymoon arrangements.The pool was clean after the hotel opened the automatic cleaning function on the day of check-in, three hours later are very clean. The pool is very deep, swimming super cool ~ In short, can accept this is a villa for some years. The price is placed there, the price was very reasonable . The beds are clean, too. And there's a path inside that makes the villa very quiet.

Now there is a swimming pool with only one light and it is broken. How do I swim? And cleanliness for you is covered in spider webs and dust on every side

It's terrible. This is the worst trip in Bali. I had an allergy the day after I checked in. I had the same reaction as the hotel staff. The hotel staff said that they would refund the money after going to the hospital for examination and certificate. I immediately went to the local public hospital to get the diagnosis certificate and came back. The hotel staff didn't acknowledge the bill, that's too bad!There is something very wrong with this bathroom!

1. The light bulb was not repaired when it was broken. It kept the light on all night while I slept. It was useless to contact the counter.2. There are many small bugs on the bedsheets 🐛 whether the cleaning staff sweeps or not.3. The cleaning staff did not close the windows when cleaning the bathroom. The dengue fever epidemic is serious, and the hotel bathroom is full of mosquitoes as soon as you enter it.4. The toilet floor is dirty with scale and moss

The best experience can be staying in this villa, the rooms are super spacious and the kitchen area is full set and also adds a super beautiful bathtub decorationNext time I have to stay here again🥳😍😍

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at Kecapi Villas. The villa was spacious with comfy beds and a beautiful big swimming pool. The kitchen could do with some attention however, everything else was great. Good location too close to lots of amazing restaurants and shops!

Had a very relaxing week staying at Kecapi Villa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, a good size swimming pool. Breakfast was nice. Location is excellent; within walking distance to all the nice restaurants.
