You must not go to this hotel. The location is very bad. There is nothing around, no place to eat, and the scenery is also very bad. You can't see anything of such a beautiful place in Hokkaido here. The hotel is very old and the wallpaper on the walls is torn. The facilities are also very old and the room is very cold, giving people an eerie feeling. Moreover, the aunt at the front desk had a particularly bad service attitude. I have never encountered anyone with such a bad service attitude in many places in Japan. Poor location, cold room, old equipment, poor service attitude. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. You will regret it for the rest of your life if you go there once.

The hotel had a refreshing atmosphere, and the facilities and rooms were clean. The toilet and bath are separate, making it barrier-free, so it might be suitable for elderly people. Due to the location, you may have to bring your own dinner.

I used it after Obon. The room was spacious and clean! In particular, the bath was spacious and relaxing, and it was great to get rid of the fatigue 👌Perhaps due to the location, there is no air conditioner in the room, only a fan. If it's cold, there's underfloor heating.Maybe the quality of the dryer was poor...Breakfast included white bread (I wonder if it's Nogami), salad, and drinks (milk, coffee, orange juice, water), and it was delicious! The staff was kind and it was a good hotel overall! It's a wonderful place with Lake Mashu nearby and a beautiful starry sky!

I used it in early August. The room was a twin room, but it was very spacious, the bathroom and changing room were large, and it was clean and very comfortable. However, there was no air conditioner, just a fan, so if you are sensitive to heat, you may want to consider the season. As others have written, the breakfast was bread, salad, orange juice, and milk, but the bread was Nogami's bread and was delicious.I would like to use it again someday.
