I took a night at this hotel to see Mount Fuji from the beach and I can tell you that it was absolutely magnificent. Stay for the sunset, it’s even more beautiful!

Happy and comfortable like home There is everything. The room is very clean. The room is very spacious, close to the train station and near the sea.

1. The room was filthy. Floors dirty and sticky. Hair from previous occupants all over. Sand on floor. The bathroom shower drain was clogged and drained extremely slowly. I don't even want to imagine with what. 2. I booked for 3 people and the sofa bed only had a mattress protector and no bed sheet. The other bed had the mattress protector and bed sheet. Contacted them and told them there are no bed sheets!!! Instead of providing me they're insisting they are there. ????? I'm incredulous. Worst room I have ever stayed in my 5 years in Japan. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I had no choice as last minute but this was beyond my lowest expectation. Not even cheap.

The room was close to Katase-Enoshima Station, clean, and relaxing. It would have been nice if there was a toothbrushing set in the amenities!

Very close to the station and convenient!The conditioner was almost empty. Refill the container when it is half full.I used two box tissues and they ran out.That's a shameAfter all, I wanted a chair.I can't sit on the floor or the low bed sofa.I started sitting on the bed and I thought the mattress was getting rough.

Location was convinient. However, small rooms, unclean furniture, infestation of insects, and lack of amenities are only a few of the many factors that made my stay here the worst i’ve ever experienced. I would not suggest staying here. Serious problems that need to be fixed.

Worst Place I’ve ever stayed at. The location is the only good selling point. The rooms are a catfish. They look so much bigger in pictures. The sofa was disgusting. They had stains on them, and they expected us to sleep on that. we were a group of 6 and they had 2 beds and 2 people were expected to sleep on a dirty mattress. The cutlery was so bad as well, the knives were not sharp enough and I could not cut my avocados. My friends had to smush unripe avocados with the minimal amount of forks they provided. The room did not have enough towels for us. The washing machine did not have a dryer. The building was full of cockroaches and bugs at night. The pest control job was abysmal. The worst place i’ve EVER stayed at. The owner is so cheap, he took out the knob on the tap downstairs so I could not even use it after the beach. The shape of the room was a triangle, and the kitchen was so small and the the fridge was so dirty. Everything I did I feared I was going to pay a fine of some combination of 3. The rooftop is so boring. Like Not all that.

Location is the only selling point, nothing else. Can find dust in many area. Bed is not clean. There are other reviews telling the same and you may have reference to those also; those descriptions are much detail. If you are traveling with heavy luggage with you, please note that you have to take stairs for reaching your room. Paid parking lot can be found nearby

The location was great, close to the station and the sea, within walking distance. The rooftop was also nice. However, as other people have reviewed, I am disappointed that the room was not cleaned, the cups were dirty, and the washroom was also dirty.There are towels, but no amenities such as pajamas, toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, etc.Although there were some negative points, the location was good and I felt at home, so I would stay there again if I had the chance.

There is conditioner in the provided body wash bottle.staff? Owner? Phone response is slow and bad!Sorry for the phone response that didn't resolve the issue.The room is also full of hair, dust, and food scraps.The futon is also dirty!My precious trip turned into the worst because of the hotel👎I will never use it again! !

The location was very good, close to the station.However, I am disappointed that there was noticeable limescale stains in the bathroom, stains on the tableware, and dust on the furniture. The previous tenant's hair? It was also a bit unpleasant that it was stuck to the bathroom wall.There was also a yellow stain on the back of the comforter. The stain was placed on the mattress side to hide it. I was able to notice it before going to bed, so I used a spare comforter I had in my closet.There was also an unpleasant brown blood stain on the back of the cushion provided on the sofa. I felt that it would have been better if they had paid a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance.The people on the upper floor were making a lot of noise until around 3 a.m., and the sounds of everyday life were all over the place, so I don't recommend this room for people who are concerned about noise.

Location, size, and WiFi were good. I wanted a chair and a desk. If possible, I would like you to clean the dust under the bed. From 11:30 to 3:00 at night, the people who stayed in the room below were running and jumping and making a lot of noise! I wish I could do something at a time like this. I knocked on the door to complain, but the problem was not resolved.

Is there a big black stain when you unfold the sofa? It's uncomfortable. I noticed that there was a lot of dust on the ventilation fan. The bathroom door was broken and my child (3 years old) was touching it without my knowledge, which made me feel scared. There was no toothbrush. Dirt from the previous person? The tableware was dirty, so it would be nice to use disposable ones. No face wash. I'm glad I have tissues in stock. There were 6 people staying and we didn't have enough from the beginning, so we bought some at a convenience store (2 minutes walk)! Cleaning tools etc. were conspicuous in the closet. It's not a very pleasant thing, so I thought it would be a good idea to keep it all in one place. The tableware and refills for dish detergent were placed next to each other, and I wish they had been more considerate about where they were placed...I took my 5-year-old, 3-year-old and toddler with me and had a great time, so the kids had fun, so the results were good.
