Nozawa Onsen has been my place ever since I was young. Skiing 🎿 I admired the hot springs and passed the tofu shop dozens of times. Finally, I stayed at Tofuya! ☺️The bath and food were delicious! ☺️.

A guest house located in the middle of Nozawa Onsen. The atmosphere is warm and local. Loud voices from inside the room can sometimes be heard in the hallway. Since it's a tofu shop, we served a lot of tofu dishes.

The food was delicious, and I was able to enjoy the free-flowing hot springs anytime (I was advised to use the hot water from the bathtub as the boiler would shut off after 11pm), which was great. It seems that the basic winter plan includes extra charges for amenities such as towels, so be sure to prepare them.I made several phone calls to inquire before my stay, and they were happy to respond.Thank you for all the help you have given me.

I've worked in food distribution, and I've worked at hotels around the country, and I've noticed that a lot of the food is just taken out of the bag. You can imagine it just by looking at it. There are many photos of various types of food from various inns, but such inns are still recommended. You can't expect much from an inn that doesn't have a website, or that doesn't have photos of the food, even if they talk about locally produced ingredients. This inn uses soybeans, soy milk, and tofu, so it costs less than meat and fish, but for me, the taste is different from what you buy at the supermarket. That alone is enough to make you feel like you're eating something out of the ordinary. If you've come this far, you'll want to try other tofu dishes than horse sashimi. It is said that tableware is a part of cooking, but I am not interested in elaborate tableware.Nozawa Onsen's competitive cuisine is of the highest quality. I also like home-cooked meals like this for breakfast. There are some negative opinions about the facilities and services, but minshuku are private homes and the only employees are family members (sometimes they call in temporary help during busy periods). It's not an inn. Thank them for doing a good job.

Used on a ski trip with friends and family.I had a lot of requests for food, luggage storage, etc., but thanks to them I was able to spend two enjoyable days. The tofu and other dishes for dinner were also delicious. The location was good, with a drying room, a hot spring bath, and 5 minutes from Yu Road and the gondola, and a few minutes from the shopping district.I think I want to go again.

I don't recommend it to people who don't like tofu in cooking, but I also love soy milk. The bath was also of good quality. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is good, and the inn has a very good impression. Please also take into consideration the opinions of others.
