A few years ago, the landlady here yelled at me.This happened when I took the garbage out early in the morning. I think this was the limit when it came to foreign workers' poor manners in disposing of garbage in the area. This is just a guess, but since I can't speak English, I can't warn them. Perhaps it turned out that I happened to be a staff member at a lodge for foreigners, and I was forced to take away a large amount of unsorted garbage that had been thrown away by a lodge I didn't know at all (a foreign lodge). I was told to go home.I just came to throw away the garbage, but I was scolded so early in the morning that I had no idea what he meant. The person I was talking to was an older woman, and I told her that it wasn't the lodge I belonged to, but she was so determined that it didn't matter. The woman kept yelling at me in a shrieking voice, which made me feel very uncomfortable and frightened.I later found out that this person was the landlady of this place, and that she often stayed at foreign lodges. It is a painful experience to be attacked by young Japanese people who happen to be working in the area for a few months because they are unable to communicate with foreigners who work in the same area, even though they are very sincere with their customers. It only took about a minute a few years ago, but I still remember it. I finally got my mind together and wrote a review.I don't intend to leave this review forever, but I hope the landlady reads this review. You are the victim of the wrath of the mistake you made. Even now, when I think about it, I still feel angry and sad.

I'm very satisfied! It felt like I was at a guesthouse in Nozawa Onsen. The interior had also been renovated and was beautiful. It's also close to Oyu Street and the Nagasaka Gondola. The hot water kept running in the bath and it felt nice. The landlady was very nice! I would like to use it again ^_^

The Western-style bunk beds are just right for one person, but too small for two people. Kayako San's people are very kind and enthusiastic. They have all the necessary facilities and are well maintained. The breakfast can be Japanese or Western. It's delicious. The only flaw is that The temperature in the drying room is not enough, and the shoes may not be dry until the next day.

Stayed here for 8 nights! We had a great time, room was huge for only two people. Western style breakfast every morning. The lady was lovely who ran the place. She was always around if you needed anything and was more than happy to help. There is no Onsen on the property, and the shower floor is freezing! Would recommend going somewhere else for a hot Onsen after a day of boarding/skiing.
