2024/9/15🗻Lake Nagahama/Ayu Ibigawa trip~(^^)The building is undeniably old, but we had a fun meal with the proprietress and waitress who overturned it.Even after eating so much, I couldn't get enough of it. Thank you for all your help ⸜( ' ᵕ ' )⸝

I can no longer go to Yana.I visit here during the holidays in May and August every year, and I think the sweetfish in May is delicious.Although they are small for the season, they are low in fat and the bones are soft so you can eat them from the head.The young sweetfish tempura is delicious!Ayu zosui is also excellent.

This is a delicious restaurant that serves sweetfish.The live salt-grilled sweetfish had plump flesh and a unique aroma.The size of the fish this time was small, so I was able to eat the whole thing starting from the head, which was also good.In addition, there was a wide variety of fried foods and sashimi to fill your stomach.I'm impressed by how cute and efficient Mr. Nakai is at work, and the proprietress' explanations are interesting and deepen my knowledge. I would be happy if you could actually listen to the contents directly at the store.Overall, the quality was quite high, and I would like to go there again if I had the chance.

I am satisfied with the courteous customer service whenever I visit.The well-maintained garden is also wonderful.I'm always impressed by the chef's presentation, and I always have a pleasant time being entertained by the proprietress.You can enjoy the four seasons: peony hotpot in the winter and sweetfish in the summer.

Ayu cuisine restaurant.[Ibigawa Hill Garden]Ayu that is slowly grilled in an irori hearth is exceptional. Good atmosphere and double the deliciousness 👍Today's fish was young, so even the bones were soft, and the recommendation was to bite into it whole.I tasted the tail fin, dorsal fin, and pelvic fin, and the rest was delicious from the head.We're so particular about making sake that goes well with sweetfish 😊 There's no excuse not to drink it 😆In addition to the delicious food, this restaurant also had a Japanese garden where you could relax and enjoy the view, which was great.#Ayu #Young Ayu #Ayu Cuisine #Ibi River #Ibi Gorge #Ibigawa Hill Garden
