Stone-ground local buckwheat flourIt is said that everything is stamped by hand. The smooth soba noodles go down easily. It's delicious.Personally, if I use a stone mill, I would like to use whole grain flour and have it at 100%.I think so, but it's a matter of preference. However, this Geso Tendon is delicious. If the season is right, you can also enjoy tempura made with Gassan bamboo shoots and wild plants. It gets crowded during the autumn leaves season, but you can enjoy the spectacular view.I would like to stop by on my way over Mt. Gassan. This is a soba restaurant.

You may have to wait quite a while when it's busy, but the soba is delicious.I think it would be more comfortable if you go outside of the holidays or tourist season.

During our trip around Dewa Sanzan, we stayed at a guesthouse on the way to Mt. Yudono after descending from Mt. Gassan. The view of Mt. Gassan and Mt. Yudono was wonderful, and you could see it from your room. The food was delicious, and best of all, the hostess was friendly and we had a lively conversation. I would like to try soba next time, as it is both a handmade soba restaurant and a restaurant.

I ate gravy soba for lunch.I eat it with cold soba noodles in hot soup, and it's delicious.Plenty of green onions and burdock soak up the soup stock.I didn't stay there, so I rate it as a soba restaurant.

I stopped by for a meal. The wild vegetable tempura was delicious. You can enjoy handmade soba noodles made with locally produced buckwheat flour ground in a stone mill and made with Gassan's famous water. We also offer seasonal dishes using tempura and wild vegetables.
