Very nice location and very supportive staff

I did not like my stay there. The rooms which were in the inside had no window. So I didn’t even know if it’s day or night.My room was especially so depressing.

Lovely to fall sleep to the raging sea. You are right beside the sea. Not the best place to swim but you can have a dip and also experience the beachfront bars and the sunset.. This is a good place to introduce you to bali. Also a very good place to get over the jet lag as it is very quiet atmosphere. But you can meet people at the modest pool. Added bonus of a kitchen. Hint the best shower is in the toilet beside really reception. Everything good about the room. Service with a smile. Apart from the dog who is not friendly. Freebies left by other guests of books and suncreme and repellent.

Excellent budget hotel. A very low price for the first line, the proximity of the ocean smooths out all the shortcomings.

I would like to convey my complaint regarding my experience at Bimasaki in Bali, Indonesia. On June 7 2023, I arrived at this hostel with the hope of getting satisfactory service as I experienced on my previous visit in 2019. However, unfortunately, my experience this time was very far from expectations.First, I made a request to rent a motorbike at 14:00, and the clerk at the front desk said that they would let me know in the room. However, I waited from 14:00 to 20:00 without any notification or action taken. When I finally went to reception to ask about the status of the motorbike, I was disappointedly told that there were no more motorbikes available. It was very unprofessional and unethical for the hotel to keep me waiting for so long without informing me or resolving the issue.Additionally, I was placed in room number 1 which was adjacent to a very noisy construction area. I complained about the noise to reception and was promised that my room would be changed the following day. However, the next day, no action was taken and no explanation was given to me. As a guest who came to rest, I was very disappointed with the hotel's lack of attention and unprofessionalism in handling this problem.I want to emphasize that hotel service is something serious and full of responsibility. As a paying guest, I have the right to receive service commensurate with the price I paid. However, the poor service and lack of respect I experienced during my stay at Bimasaki was very disappointing.I hope that the hotel management can take appropriate action to resolve this complaint and ensure that future guest experiences are better. I hope that there will be adequate compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.I would seriously consider recommending Bimasaki to others based on the experience I had. I hope the hotel can fix this problem and provide their guests with the attention and service they deserve.Thank you for your attention to my complaint. I hope to get a satisfactory response and resolution from the hotel.

Brief history. On the first day I arrived in Bali at 10 pm, I booked a hotel through booking, which turned out to be unsatisfactory to put it mildly. After a long search, I found this hotel, which is located in a very popular location and with a beautiful view of the sea.

Value for money. Room and pool are quite decent. The only thing is that, being that close to La brisa, grab drivers wont pick you up from there, so need to walk about 10min to the pick up point. No problem with drop off though. I'll come back
