(This is a comment from 1990. I have not visited since then, so I cannot comment.) nostalgic! I visited. I believe it was in 1990. I was single at the time. The next day, I visited Izumo Taisha Shrine for the first time and was very impressed. I also went to Matsue Castle. I was also able to ride the Ichibata Electric Railway and made a new discovery. I also have fond memories of returning to Tokyo overnight and going straight to work in the morning.

Former youth hostel that I don't want to go to again

I used it for a tourist stay about 10 years ago.I only interacted with my parents at check-in, but when I checked in, they handed me a pencil and paper to fill out, and the way they spoke was blatantly grumpy, so I didn't have the slightest desire to accept the guests. I remember very well that I was not treated well.When I checked the youth hostel thread on 2ch (currently 5ch) after using the hostel, I saw that there were quite a few negative comments about Ebisuya Hostel, and I regretted not gathering enough information in advance.

Formerly Ebisuya Youth Hostel. An inn that was kicked out by the youth hostel association because it refused to pay for operational cooperation. Also, his attitude toward customers is arrogant. This is something that can't be helped by being criticized in reviews. When I stayed there 30 years ago, I was blessed with friendly and friendly travelers, and I had a great time. Where did you go crazy?

I chose one because I can't post without a ★, but I don't really want to add one.Parents are not responding well.Even when I made a reservation, I called at 9pm and was told that I was being rude because it was so late at night.Hmm, I do feel like I can understand it if it's a friend's house. . .But if it's slow, is it too late? I took the lead and booked 2 nights there.However, the response was unpleasant, just like the atmosphere on the phone.I was planning to stay for 2 nights, but I ended up staying for 1 night because it was uncomfortable.I told them I would cancel the second night."Yeah, yeah, that's good. What if we do that?" was the response.I wonder what it is.
