The staff members are polite and the location is not a problem. But the hotel is the worst.First of all, if we do not hear from you by 7:00pm on the same day, your reservation will be cancelled.To tell them the check-in time on the day, they couldn't get through on the phone until after 3pm.Next, the bathroom was full of mold and there was black mold floating in the bathtub.There was also black mold under the bathroom.There were also stains on the futon sheets and hair on the blanket.Lastly, it seems like the studio apartment is being used as a hotel, so the location is a little difficult to find.The view was not good as it was on the side of the building.I don't know if the room is hit or miss, but I wouldn't recommend it.

2023.10.11-12-13I used it for 2 nights.Great location to stay in Enoshima area.The entrance is a little difficult to find, and the front desk is the first room on the right on the second floor.As expected, the location is great!

Up to 3 people can stay for just over 10,000 yen. This hotel looks like a renovated old studio apartment.The room is clean. If you're just staying overnight, it's good value for money and there's a convenience store on the 1st floor, so it's good enough.

The room is quite spacious for Japan, and the most important thing is that it's close enough to the station! It's on the third floor of an apartment building, so it's quiet. I read reviews saying that the front desk's attitude was not good, but I actually thought it was okay. However, you cannot check in after 8pm, which feels a bit early.
