2024/06For check-in information, the staff will be waiting for you in front of the store, and they will be kind and courteous, from providing parking information to guiding you to your room.They will explain to you how the outdoor bath works, provide information about dinner, etc. without making you feel stressed.It's a bit of an old hot spring inn, but the toilets are washlets and you can enjoy the private indoor bath, so it's perfect.Dinner is so voluminous that you won't be able to finish it all, so be sure to come hungry.We recommend checking in early and enjoying the outdoor bath before having dinner.

Booked for one night from May 18th.It was very comfortable to spend time in the bed in the Japanese-style room.Although the building and room are old and you have to climb steep stairs, the toilet in the room is clean, the private indoor bath is very clean, the shower pressure is good, and the high-power hair dryer and amenities are satisfactory.There was no need to make reservations at the front desk.The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive.If I come to Kinosaki again, I will stay here.

To be honest, the building itself is old.However, it is well-maintained and has a clean feel.Once you get used to it, you'll feel like you're at home and it's a hidden gem.The selling point here is definitely the food. It was a two-night, three-day stay where I was very satisfied with both the quantity and quality.Thank you for your help.
