Correct quality-price ratio.Negative points: The rooms need more maintenance and especially painting! The sink faucet poured water out of the sides and everything got wet. There were cobwebs on the terrace.You could also hear absolutely everything from the neighbors but it is a quiet hotel in general.Positive points: Location and price.

Nice hotel in the center of Chiang Mai, an excellent starting point for visiting this city on foot without using transport.The staff is friendly and booked the classic excursions for us (with a discount for guests). The common areas are nice. The rooms are quite large, although from the pictures they seem bigger. The air conditioning works well and the cleanliness is good. I booked a room with a balcony, but I didn't actually use it: too hot!Negative note: the sheets are a little dated

We were in a room that had two separate beds. The mattresses were of good quality, but for my taste, too hard. Both the bathroom and the room, sheets... were clean. At reception they helped us with everything we needed without problem. The only downside is that the guests did not comply with the rules of silence, they went up and down the stairs like elephants and talked loudly in the hallways at all hours, they even woke us up. I think that from the reception they should emphasize that silence is respected. It is located in one of the corners of the old city, which allows you to walk everywhere and the facilities are cozy.

Bad hotel!When we first entered there was a younger girl who was not good at English and therefore we did not feel welcome and welcomed. Another lady came later who knew a little English. However, there was no smile on their part.There were lots of stains on the walls and the shower in the bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. However, the worst part was the bed. The bedding was dirty, which was not something we wanted to sleep in. I told the reception and we were able to get a new room, but the new room was just as disgusting.We decided to change hotels.

Rooms were A1, comfortable bed and relatively modern bathroom.Difficult to rate service, but there was always water at the door! (Only 2 nights as a stopover)The location was a bit suboptimal as the night market and all the action were further away. There is a very beautiful temple just around the corner.

There were blood stains on the quilt and sheets. There was no hot water on the first night. I don’t know how to stay here again. Not recommended.

I do not recommend it! The hygiene of the place is very bad, the sheets were stained and dirty, there were cobwebs all over the room, the room smelled ugly and one day we passed by and saw the mop was black with dirt.

Do not contract anything with them, they keep the money and delay giving it back to you.We hired a taxi first thing in the morning to go to the airport and no one showed up. Subsequently, we spent 3 weeks claiming the money back and they told you that you paid the transfer fee, therefore they didn't give you anything back, and when you continue complaining because it's their fault they stop answering.The rooms are a little dirty and in the shower there is no separation from the toilet, leaving everything full of water.Rather than staying at this hotel, I would stay at any other, it is surely better.

A hotel that is far too spartan. And unlike what the reviews say, booking once you arrive is totally the opposite. In fact, no breakfast is included, not even if you pay for it separately and regarding the police, there would be a few things to review. The sheets are stained and the towels torn. The location remains convenient for the old city. We also booked a taxi through reception which added a 100baht surcharge to the ride

Amazing hostel and great price, we only stayed one night after friends actually recommended it to us. The employees are really cute and helped us print the visas for Vietnam, a clean room, a pampering shower, and most importantly - an elephant-shaped sink 🥹🥹

Recommended. Very clean and comfy. Great service and check-in/check-out experience. Walkable distance from multiple temples and food places. Quiet. They stored our bags before check-in as we arrived in town very early.

The hotel is not bad but the cleanliness of the bed is horrible. We asked them to kindly change our sheets and they offered us another room, but it was dirtier than ours.Not having a cleaning lady, we asked if she would please clean at least on the second day of our stay, but the situation did not change.I advise you to look for another place to sleep...

Rooms very shabby. Thin walls, but it was quiet at night.Stains on the bed linen and on the floor. Even the footprint from one of the other reviews can still be seen. Due to some reviews mentioning bed bugs, we slept in our sleeping bags. Rooms were not cleaned or tidied up.Air conditioning powerful, but blows straight onto the bed. Price/performance ok because of a good location.Parking available on the main street.Positive: There are 2 bottles of water in the fridge per day.
