I've booked this hotel about 4-5 days before arrival via booking application.But the day before arrival, my girlfriend was in a car accident, so the planned trip was over for us.I did read the policy of cancellation on the app and still.. I'd try to cancel since the "car accident" is unforeseen, and the trip is cancelled. So I gave an explanation and also requested cancellation.Yes, the hotel gave us cancellation with penalty of "full price" paid.I'd say it's not much money, and I'm okay to pay this booking.But this also shows the greedy, unfriendly, and inhumane of the hotel.So I decided to leave a review, since I paid the money.

The room is a bit dark, little light, the bathroom doesn't have a door as a curtain. If you go with friends and are not comfortable doing personal business. The water heater is very difficult to adjust. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, and the customer service is very indifferent. Not very smiling

First day was very happy with gentlemen at front desk are very good service.Second day is very disappointed to expect clean up for second date to paid over 1,000. Very dirty to not replace used towel as we paid two days stay. I was told the lady and got responded at front desk in the morning to change towel and clean up room. The results as photos attached.One star for the service with gentleman. Second star for good vibes hotel.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and lots of space. Small details in the rooms were overlooked (curtains are white and let in a lot of light, so it’s hard to sleep!) and unfortunately the staff were quite unprofessional and a bit rude which put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay.

Small hotel in a quiet lane off Chotana road, I got the room on the ground floor. Lovely and well design room but no view. The pool is located in the courtyard right in front of the room, can be noisy when the kids get in. The room also affected by the noice from persons staying on the upper floor. Overall quite good value.

The room is beautiful, the surroundings are not very noisy. I have some at night. Not suitable for people who have difficulty sleeping due to the noise when walking on the wooden floor. The curtains do not block out light. In the morning the room was bright. The hotel has a swimming pool. The service staff are good and helpful. The accommodation has parking for about 8 cars. A separate motorcycle

Desk clerks are very hard to communicate with. And laughted at my concerns with the property owner. No clean towels in the rooms when they would come to clean daily. Barely any hot water. Tons TONS of mosquitoes. Loose wooden boards around the pool with rusty nails exposed. Please don't stay here!
