Reserved room: bungalow with air conditioning.Excellent stay in this hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Ko Phi phi.Clean room and nice bedding. They are building (or renovating) these same bungalows but on the seafront - not available during my Resa. The view will be much more pleasant (and certainly more expensive).The included breakfast was of great quality. THANKS.Small downside: no fridge in the rooms, probably to encourage you to consume (but they sell ice at the bar for 50 baths per bucket); There is a charge for the use of kayaks, masks and snorkels! Damage. Massage area not very sexy (but may be temporarily moved due to work).

It is a hotel where it has a pool, they put on a show and there is a lot of commerce and clubs around it that are open all night, very lively and its beaches are very crystal clear and white sand and they are like a swimming pool. I love it.

Spectacular!! It is a rustic hotel, with the necessary amenities to enjoy the beach (private and very quiet), the service is impeccable, and the cuisine is excellent and at reasonable prices, we will surely return!!!

I went at the end of the year. Since the hotel is located on the opposite side of the island, you will need to take a long boat ride from Tonsai Port for about 20 minutes to check-in.Maybe it was just bad luck, but the weather was bad that day, and the waves were so rough that I thought the longboat would capsize, and the boat was jumping. The boatman was laughing, but the passengers were crying, and it seemed like they weren't very lax about making safety predictions in advance.The room looked like an old bungalow, the quality was low for the price, and the toilet was honestly dirty. There were also cockroaches. Also, the room is dark.Plus, I had trouble connecting to the WiFi in the room at the end of the room, so I asked to change rooms, but they seemed busy and didn't seem to really listen to what I had to say. Well, after asking several times, I was finally able to change the date.If the weather was nice, the beach might be beautiful, but unfortunately there were days of bad weather, so it was a difficult stay.To be honest, there are other good hotels on Phi Phi Island for the same price.

Racketeering after false advertising!It's a shame of Thailand, we've never seen that...Everything is dated and broken, no air conditioning, horrible mattress (better on the beach) with bedbugs and mosquitoes everywhere, no fridge...Our bungalow at 2650 baht/night threatens to collapse, the floor is crooked, the bathroom is shameful!!..We got ripped off like never before!50 bahts for a small bottle of water and 50 bahts for ice cubes (without cooler).A SHAME OF A SCAM FOR TOURISTS!RUN AWAY!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Definitely the highlight of our family trip so far.Be prepared to get out of the long boat into the crystal clear water to get onto the beach where we was welcomed by the staff. All the staff are on hand to take your luggage off the boat then into your room. The room over looking the sea is amazing... The service is 5* everyone is so friendly, and happy to help with the children and play with them keeping them amused.Food has been great and enjoyed every bite.Myself and my husband were able to have a couples massage in a hut outside and it was bliss listening to the sea lapping near us. We felt so lucky.We will definitely be back in the future.Thank you to all the staff for making our short stay perfect.

This place is definitely a little Paradise. The staff were amazing from the moment we set foot on the island and continued to make our stay as fabulous as possible. We stayed in a sea view hut which was just brilliant. The hut was quirky, very clean and we had a chill out area at the front with veranda and breath taking views. For the fact there is only one bar and restaurant the prices are more than reasonable and again staff are just 5* and no question or request is a bother to them. We also had massages and I can only recommend the lovely lady. She was kind, respectful and one off the best massages I have ever had. So much so I had one each day we stayed. We hired out canoes, walked to the view point and just had a relaxing time. The beach is beautiful and clean, loads of little creatures to watch which has been brilliant. If you visit Phi Phi island make sure you stay for a few days at this resort. It has been our favourite part of our trip. Thank you again to all the staff, we had the best time. Tanja & Andy x

A suspended moment in this hotel to be reserved for nature lovers because yes we are lost on a small piece of magnificent island, with the possibility of snorkeling. The hotel offers breathtaking excursions, the service is impeccable, the smiles and kindness of the Thai people are there. The family welcome, the massages are very pleasant and vigorous like any good Thai massage. The food is delicious… in short, we love it!!!

You don’t have to live like a saint and die to get to paradise.I’ll write this review in English specially for the wonderful staff of Phi Phi Relax resort.Only a short fare with a longtailboat from Tonsay Pier takes you to heaven. A beautiful, quiet and private resort with affordable and beautifully decorated cocktails (all TBH 200,-) a private beach, freshly prepared food (Pad Thai only TBH 150,-) and romantic bungalows right at the shore.We were on honeymoon with our toddler (1,5 y.o) and the staff took care of her during dinner and other occasions and overloaded her with love and attention. During rainseason the prices are more than affordable and we had a beautiful, clean and romantic bungalow only a few meters from the private beach.We enjoyed free yoga classes in the morning by (almost) resident Sabine from the Netherlands, played soccer with the staff (everyday at 17.00 sharp) and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this relaxing and stunnigly beautiful place.Walking to viewpoint and decend to the village is a must see. Wild monkeys, all kinds of tropical butterflies and mango an cashewtrees make this trip worth the steep climb. This is a one to one and half hour walk. Afterwards, don’t forget to reward yourself with a little shopping in this pittoresque village.All in all, this place deserves more than five stars, with an extra star for the location. By far the most beautiful place in Thailand I have ever seen. As we speak, Phi Phi Relax is upgrading the bungalows and executing a thorough renovation in the left side of the resort. This is the kind of secret place you want to keep for yourself, but these people work so hard for their guests, that the least I can do is praise them with a well earned and honest review. Absolutely stunning beach resort and the perfect spot for relaxing. The beach has plenty of tree cover to keep you cool on hot days.The restaurant is right on the beachfront and the food is amazing with great variety. Sad that I couldn't try more of the menu over the course of my stay. Service is outstanding. Bar coctails are lovely and good sporadic entertainment such as yoga on the beach and a fire show one evening. Snorkeling is a must as I saw amazing wildlife in the coral reef only a short swim out. I couldn't recommend this resort enough!!Rooms were clean and well maintained and not much to be unhappy about for accomodation.

Was on a private boat trip to phi phi island and our guide brought us here for lunch. The restaurant was closed but the staff were very friendly and delightfully accommodated us and served us a nice and simple meal. and it was very delicious too!! Don’t skip on the fried shrimp it was the best. the burger was great too and the spring roll as well!

Far from the city but there’s a lot of boat and options to get to the city.

We din check out the room
facilities much before booking but unfortunately the room didn’t have AC and it was too hot to sleep comfortably. The water in the washroom was not good either, it was smelly. On the bright side the view from the room was nice. Food was also pretty good.

The best place ever with the most friendly staff,, but pick a timing where the weather is good and sunny to be able to enjoy,Once on krabi airport book a taxi for around 500 thb and reach the nearest place to book a speed boat to ton sai pier,Speed boat costs around 900 thb,Then from there look for a man holding the logo or banner for the resort, go with him on the boat he will drop you by the resort, it costs 150 thb as wellEverything is amazing, food ,i love pad tai for sweet and sour lovers, for drinks,, enjoy yourself, they have also trip to other islands for 1k thb for everyone if 4 or more

We were here in November 2012 and were quite disappointed. A pile of garbage right next to the last cabin, expensive food, slow internet, the path to the cabin was not lit and I almost stepped on a snake in the dark! We only stayed 2 or 3 nights, but it was more than enough. I don't know if it's better today, read the reviews...

We booked a sea view bungalow-The view was breathtaking; but every morning we would start off by killing tens of worms and insects that would crawl in our bathroom… the water in the shower was smelly and sometimes colored. The room has no AC- if you want AC it’s a room double in price.The hotel is situated in a secluded part of the island with a private beach) meaning you can eat only at the hotel’s restaurant, go to the pier by their boat,And have only their massage.The food and massage were ok at best.
