Be very careful with this site, which a priori looks good. One of the employees used my shaver, just as I say, imagine my face... even so, they questioned me and the establishment managers did everything possible not to compensate me. Only by complaining at Booking was I partially compensated.Leaving aside my bad experience, I will say that the roosters will wake you up every day at 4 in the morning, the plugs they give you when you arrive do nothing, they crow from the garden and the surrounding houses.By the way, in those houses they burn garbage daily (Bali customs), the smoke reaches the room through the bathroom, which is semi-open. Bathroom that is due to be renovated, and cleaned properly, mold is rampant.

Most importantly this place was grossly misrepresented. There was no TV in the room, the bathroom flooded every time one had a shower, the water pressure was intermittent, the breakfast was really bad and communications with staff difficult. After the first night when our bathroom flooded we were offered a room change which we took, however again the bathroom was flooding with each shower but that night there was heavy rain and the roof started leaking in the bathroom and over our bed. The next morning I complained and was met with indifference. I called the CEO of the management company who was very understanding and I demanded proper alternative accommodation as this was totally unacceptable with leaking roof. Later that day we were moved to a different hotel which was acceptable. Overall our experience with Nyamane Ubud green villas was most negative and seriously put us off Bali. The staff simply showed indifference when problems were indicated to them, they simply said they would tell Boss, and simply did not at least not until pushed to do so. The whole place gave the impression we were in the middle of a chicken coop and could not stay in bed beyond 6am as the cockerel would insist on waking us up and continuously reminding us of his existence until we would leave the property for a day out. It was like invading some ones back yard.

The Nyamane villas is a new hotel and as such we were able to notice some shortcomings during our stay. In summary:It has many positive things, such as the tranquility and the pool. It is also well located, in a very beautiful cart surrounded by rice fields and if you like paddle tennis, you will have it right next door. There are only four villas which makes it more authentic and especially the price. Cheap for Ubud. The negative: first, the ROOSERS. It may seem silly but at 5am they will be singing. We had to sleep with earplugs. The shower is very average, the water does not fall very well and the bathroom is not covered, there are many bugs. The staff that served us the first night were excellent. The next day they served us a good breakfast. But a new guy came over the weekend and the poor guy is very lost. Very bad breakfast (the juice only has water, cold rice...) and he seems very stressed. We believe that he is only there replacing the others who served us on the first day.In general the stay is very good, but I can't give it five stars because there are quite a few things to improve.

Cute little bungalows. Only 4 available so it was very private and quiet. The pool was a great addition to cool off in humid Ubud. Good WiFi connection. The owner was a lovely man and very accommodating! Scooters are available for hire there and you will need one as it’s out of the way a bit. But beautiful scenery and waterfalls in the surrounding area

It is NOT TRUE what you read, misrepresented. It claims it has : 1) flat screen TV, there is no TV in any room 2) bathrobes, none 3) Spa and Wellness, not on site at all 4) 2 swimming pools when in fact there is only one 5) lap top safe that is so small just for a purse, and not bolted down so one can walk off with the entire safe.Breakfast is a joke, juice is bits of fruit mixed in water, cooked rice and omelette were made hours before we woke up so stone cold and hard by the time we ate. Bar is a fridge with Bintang beers. 'Restaurant' is more a warung with 4 tables, forget the international/American whatever cuisine! The guy on site cannot cook to save his life.In 2 days, we changed rooms twice. First day, we were in Villa 4 which was flooded with water in the bathroom everytime you flushed the toilet or used shower. We had to put towels down to avoid slipping. Then we went to Villa 2, better dryer room until overnight when it rained and our room was leaking from the roof into the bathroom and onto the bed!! Spoke to the guy on site who said he would call Boss, called Boss and all Boss said was "We know" :oSo now we are calling CEO of Eps the parent company.

Lovely tropical garden with only 4 villas which makes it very nice and intimate. The staff is so lovely. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. There is a common kitchen to cook. Then, the villa itself is large, very clean and confortable with a space for fridge, your own dining table and sink to prep food.We really liked the fact we were not far from Ubud without the Hassle of the noise an traffic. Just a step away from jumping in the swimming pool. Some people stay really long time there. Very worth it the price
