Staff was so friendly and amazing, food was great, service was great, room was incredible! Complimentary yoga, afternoon tea/coffee with snacks, and cookies in room for turn down service! Everyone was very helpful and responsive, they booked all our cars and tours and were extremely organized!We did initially find it a little hard to find because we arrived at night and the sign is small/ resort is tucked off the street.Also, there are quite a few steps down to the rooms - it wasn’t necessarily a problem just something to be mindful of. But I believe they have a lift they are fixing.I saw some reviews mentioning bugs - and honestly for being in the middle of the jungle I was actually shocked by how few bugs there were. If you keep your room open, you will have some bugs but nothing to really concern yourself with. However, I will note, If you do not like bugs whatsoever, a jungle resort might not be the place for you, because they are there and you will notice them.All in all, it was a great stay and I cannot believe how amazing the staff was! I would recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful luxury retreat in ubud! Definitely a hidden gem!

Excellent room and service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I also rewlly enjoyed the check in ceremony which followed Balinese traditions and culture. Food was very tasty as well, and we got lucky and had a Barong dance during dinner. The spa was fantastic as well, very good massage and setting. Would recommend

Amazing experience! One of the nicest hotels we've visited. The stuff was very friendly, kind and always helpful. Food in the Vanara restautant was delicious and villas with views just breathtaking. Highly recommended. Loved every minute here.

We stayed for two nights at the Sanna, and when you drive from Ubud to get to the Hotel you will probably think that you may have made a wrong decision, however when you actually get to the grounds of the Hotel, you will be astonished. The rooms are exceptional with an infinity pool of your own.We have been fortunate to have stayed in many fine hotels but this was by far a memorable experience. Its a very tranquil location yet not far from the hustle of Ubud and other nearby attractions.We were fortunate whist staying to have met the owner, Tom, who is a very polite gentleman and gave us a brief on the Hotel.The staff, brilliant, the check in, brilliant, the dining, brilliantWhat more can I say, nothing more then a very fine experience that we will savor for a very long time indeed.Thank you all at Sanna

It's very clean and good for healing. It's even better because it hasn't been open for a long time. You can take a mysterious elevator to get to yoga classes or spa treatments.

The location is stunning, everywhere you look you can take a picture. If this is what you are looking for in Bali, this place will not disappoint a bit. They have a great eye for details. At least, you need to see the SPA, the location and the architecture are outstanding.The room was quite dark, without too much light in it. The private pool was not heated and the water was just too cold to use it, quite disappointing.There was a similar situation with the main pool, not heated and the water was also too cold. Also, there are no stairs to enter the pool and just a few sun beds considering the size of the location.The staff is over polite and it becomes pretty annoying when they just repeat the same phrases all over again. It would be better if they could attend English classes, it was quite difficult to understand each other, once we asked some specific questions.The food in the restaurant was too expensive for the quality offered, you can find better options in Ubud.The quality of the massage in the SPA was quite disappointing, the staff seemed beginner in every aspect, despite the praises presented at the check-in.During the evening and the night there were plenty of frogs around the pool, jumping all around including on room's windows, making noise all night long.
