Hello, we can only confirm Mr. Konrad's rating.Positives:- friendly staff- good breakfastNegatives:- We had planned 5 nights and left the next day after breakfast. The images show individual villas in the rice fields. Unfortunately it's not like that! We had the first villa with two bedrooms. This was right on the busy road. There were no cushions (chairs, loungers) anywhere. We heard the staff and the noise from the adjacent street all night long. Sleep was out of the question. The villa was clean but dark and just not comfortable. It's just a shame because the pictures show something different!

Charming and beautiful place. Perfectly located near the city but on the outskirts of it where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the rice fields. The staff is lovely and very respectful. There is a 24-hour reception and they are always willing to help you. Right there you can rent motorcycles and pick up from the airport. We will definitely repeat

Cute little cabin, pretty garden, friendly setting and decent service.On the other hand, odor comes up in the bathtub, no glass windows, not even a mosquito net on them, just shutters (so we don't really have any natural light, the room is dark), the place is quite noisy (animal cries early in the morning and a little at night) bring earplugs. The continental breakfast suited us.

What cannot be seen in the beautiful pictures is the street in the immediate vicinity. We had house number 5 right next to the main building and almost directly on the street. The houses are built open, which means you can hear everything. Sleep was out of the question as motor scooters drove past all night long. We had booked 2 nights and left early after one day. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was also OK. But that was it.

Lovely authentic villa but with a luxury finish. The outdoor bathroom was just lovely to use every day too! I would definitely go back. Lovely friendly staff too so thank you for being such great hosts!
