My partner and I just got back from a weekend at this resort, and it was fantastic, The atmosphere was super romantic, perfect for couples. Our room had a gorgeous view and a comfy bed. It made our mornings feel special. Plus, the pool was a highlight, we spent hours relaxing together.

The staff at The Kenjeng Resort truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always communicated with us clearly and promptly. Rishi, the manager, was particularly outstanding. He managed the resort with such grace, always putting our needs first and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The team’s professionalism and warm hospitality were second to none.

Terrible management of this hotel. We made a reservation with the Agoda platform, which is like booking, and when we arrived, no one at the reception knew English. First of all, with the translator, they told us that they were full and that our reservation, which we had already paid for, did not exist. I was sorry, they didn't give us any other solution and they completely ignored us. Come on, if that's the effort they put into the rest of the services, I can't imagine!

Too many insects. Maintenance is poor. Breakfast is terrible - you get half a sandwich with 1 sausage cut up in 2 pieces! Staff use translator on their phones to understand English. Pool attached to cottage is uninviting & cold. Pool floor seemed unclean. They cannot supply extra mineral water at night. Only 500 ml water provided per person per day. Not acceptable.

Overall service is very good. Suitable for enjoying time with your partner or family here. Comfortable and quiet. The facilities are also complete, the breakfast is delicious and the menu is healthy. The surrounding area also provides places for lunch or dinner.

The room and bathroom are very spacious but there is no closet to put clothes in, the toilet leaked and the sink didn't drain and I was always stuck. You have to tell them to clean your room because they don't even make your bed.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. staff members were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel's facilities, including the pool were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud and look forward to returning.

Sorry, this is a review according to what I experienced. I paid 2.8 million (2 nights) for a room that I think is far from that price, it's not worth the price. Bad quality. It seems like the place is not well maintained. Dirty, dusty and no view whatsoever (concrete front behind window wall) when I arrived, I was greeted by training children who didn't know what to do, so when I asked, plangakplongok. Please improve, the management there is very bad. Have the intention of opening a business, we are the cust. Feel it lied to because it didn't match the advertisement.

The place is really dirty, not maintained, lots of animals come in and crawl on the bed, the floor is really dusty, dark and damp, the shower is broken, the villa yard is dirty, the pool is also dirty, in the parking lot there is a rubbish bin full of maggots... I booked 1 week for around 20 million, slept all night, checked out the next day because the children were uncomfortable and afraid
