Pros: Location in the north of Ubud, which is convenient to get to on a rented scooter. You have a nice view of the rice fields. In general, complete silence. Ideal for thinking about your life and putting your head in order and not only that. Daily cleaning with change of towels and bed linen. I lived here for 6 nights and in September I will live for a whole month just to put my life and thoughts in order.From the disadvantages: What is characteristic of guest houses in Bali is yellow marks on the linen. Unfortunately, there are terrible laundries and they often spoil things. So it's just a fact, but everything is really clean.

Thank you for your hospitality! The owners are just great! The cleanliness was unreal. The price/quality ratio is simply superb. The pool is large and clean. Quiet place with cozy rooms. The kitchen was clean, which is very rare. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Ubud! We'll be back again!

OK, all, only for a flat car when going in and out of the parking lot there is a sharp rise so it makes you move. It's not far from entering the alley and the road is flat and safe, with no ups and downs. ordering ojol food is okay, you can but there aren't that many delicious choices. If you use ShopeeFood there are no drivers, you can use GoFood smoothly. The water in the sink is only available cold, there is no warm water. For those who shower, the warm water is fast too. nice for a long stay. parking can be used for cars. it just doesn't have a roof. For luggage, the guard usually helps. comfortable, calm, fresh, the sky from the villa always looks clean and bright...

I stayed at Villa Popolan for 3 months. The place is surrounded with rice fields and nature. It has very good view and it's very quiet. The rooms are very spacious and in good conditions. It includes mini-fridge, kettle, big table with chair. Wifi is fast, each room has it's own router, ideal for remote workers. There is big shared kitchen with a lot of equipment and free water. The location is around 10 to 15 minutes away from Ubud center, that's the only disadvantage. Sometimes you can expect geckos in the room but they are usually harmless and more scared than you. I recommend to turn off light in front of the room, light attracts insects. Otherwise suprisingly, in the middle of nature, no spiders and very few mosquitoes.Overall it was very pleasant stay, owner and staff is always very helpful. Very glad to come back again one day.

I liked this place , itβs very calm in the mornings and evening. You can have the room cleaned whenever you ask and there is access to a kitchen. Great Wi-Fi and a desk. Mr Sila and his team are also very lovely and caring and help you whenever you need. Located a little out of the centre which is good for me but you will need a scooter if you want to move around with ease

Nice villa with a great owner. Clean rooms, cleaning 3 times a week.The rooms have a refrigerator, desk, air conditioning, TV with Netflix.There are 6 rooms in total in the villa, roosters donβt crow in the morning)) normal sound insulation, few mosquitoes, you can immediately hand over your clothes for washing, call for a massage.In general, a good villa for the money, I recommend it!)

I stayed here for 3 months and can highly recommend it. It's very clean with high quality furnishings, and the a/c works well. The service is exceptional: they will handle water delivery, laundry service, and scooter rental. It's a short ride to Ubud center, very peaceful, nestled in with the rice paddies.
