Huge room with separate seating area and great views of Atami from window/balcony. Outstanding dinner and breakfast. Great bargain. The rooms are outdated. Older stained carpet needs to be removed/replaced. Sliding patio door with obvious noisy broken wheel. Easy updating would make this place quite nice.

This was my first visit with my elderly mother.The indoor bath is also a source of water, and the room in the apartment has been renovated, so I was able to relax in my room.The parking lot fills up quickly, so it's best to check in early to secure a parking spot and explore on foot, or take a taxi.There's nothing around, so if you're going downtown and enjoy drinking, a taxi is convenient. (There is a list of taxi companies in the room.)As everyone has mentioned, the sea is right in front of us, so there is no noise or noise outside.If the weather is good, I think you can see Oshima.As for the bath, you may need to be careful because even if you put hot spring water in it, it will drain right away, probably because the drain doesn't fit properly.Also, I was worried that the drain in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all because it wasn't draining at all.Overall, the facilities are old, but considering the price, it may be unavoidable.Breakfast was included.It wasn't luxurious, but it was delicious.Atami has many hills, so if you are bringing an elderly person with you, we recommend that you use a car.Overall, the building was quiet and calm. The interior is also refreshing.There were no problems with the power outlets, there was Wi-Fi, the indoor bath was hot springs, and the service was okay, so I would like to visit again next time.Thank you for your help.

Breakfast was delicious as usual. If a large number of people use multiple rooms, the effectiveness of the air conditioner may be limited due to the specifications. I think it's a good place to enjoy fireworks and the nearby sea.

It is located in a position where Atami Castle can be seen from Atami Port. There is a bus stop nearby that connects Atami Station and Atami Port. 200 yen to the station. The hotel is a 7-story building located on the side of a steep cliff, and the entrance is from the 7th floor facing the road. There is a parking lot that can be accessed from the road in front of the entrance. Parking is available for a fee during peak seasons. Hotels cost around 10,000 yen per night without meals. I was concerned because it was listed as "for some reason" on Jalan, but the first floor was noisy with the sound of cars driving on the toll road facing the sea until about 7 p.m. (After 7 p.m., the sound of cars has disappeared, probably because you can go north without having to pay a fee and avoid traffic jams.) Approximately half of the guest rooms are converted into condominiums. There is a pool on the 5th floor, but only during the summer. The pool is at the end of the elevator on the 5th floor to the right. The public bath is located on the basement floor, and you can take the elevator down to the first floor and then go down the stairs from the first floor. The shower uses a hot spring source, so please be careful when adjusting the temperature of the shower. The guest room felt spacious with a separate toilet and bath, twin beds, and a four-and-a-half tatami Japanese-style room. April 2024★★☆☆☆The origin of the name Wisterian is not clear, but since Wisteria means the plant "wisteria," by adding "an" to the end of the word, it becomes "people of..." Wisterian Life Club is a company that owns several resort hotels in the Chubu region.
