The staff at the front desk are sometimes there and sometimes not, and they are easy-going. It's a good place for shopping and touring the city. You can also walk to Horest and the market.

The room is spacious and nice, but the room cleaning is messy and poorly maintained.This property is dirty, has a smell of sewers, insects, and dust. Lots of mosquitoes, one mouse.White curtains have black mold.Not recommended!!!!

Ahhhhh I'm super happy staying here. I actually wanted to rate it 5 stars, but I'm sad that there's no car park. After trying it together, you can only fit in 2 cars... especially if you're traveling together. I took a villa with 1 house, it was really okay. Close to places to eat too, and minimarkets. Very good. Maybe the car parking problem should be fixed...

I was travelling alone and the whole experience was lovely, pickup from the airport (there is a charge) even though my plane was delayed. Nice big villas too, very relaxed. Staff were so helpful and as a woman alone I felt very safe.

I stayed in The Royal Pal Villa on 2017 with my friends ,I booked 2rooms . Once i get there the check in Process is smooth ,we get the rooms that we want exactly the same as advertised , Location is awesome !! only walk a few minutes to Ubud monkey forest and shops resto are surrounding .||Definitely will book here again next time .
