I stayed at this hotel for fair 11-12 September. It was just one night slightly old but good hotel in Frankfurt. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. After I requested a non-allergic room, they made sure to provide it for me, and whenever I asked for something, they were polite and attentive. The hotel is located by the riverside, offering a nice view, and though it’s not in the city center, the area is chic and felt very safe.

Unfortunately, it's enough for a receptionist to be so haughty, unfriendly, impudent and uninformed at check-in that you just want to leave straight away. Unfortunately there will be a staff shortage there too, so you'll have to be content with such a cheeky young brat.The other employees were consistently friendly, the hotel was fine and clean.

A wonderful hotel with an outstanding breakfast!! Everything is fresh, very diverse and delicious. The rooms are large and very clean. The location is perfect for exploring Frankfurt. The service is great and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. Always my pleasure!

From around 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. the air conditioning (compressor) could be heard loudly because another guest in the next room probably turned on the air conditioning. At 5:00 a.m. the same noise woke me up again! ...ran until around 6 a.m. That's why I couldn't sleep much. very difficult. It was exactly in bed that you heard it loudest. DO NOT go to room 111!The heating was probably too warm... completely absurd.Message to the hotel: turn the heating down a bit... otherwise you will have even more energy costs because the AC will also be turned on PLUS the guests won't be able to sleep.unacceptable.rest was good. but because of the massive noise at night there is only 1 star.

For us the hotel was perfect. just perfectStarting from the convenient parking (the car enters the elevator and that's it. Amazing), the kind staff, the excellent location, the lovely view from the room, the excellent breakfast, to the rooms which were clean and polished as well as the public places. We had a great time. We would love to come back again.

Everything was excellent and if you ask for vegan sausages the night before breakfast, they will get them for you. I wish they would have them open late there because a party of four other people saw us getting them and said we had no idea and we would’ve liked them too.

The front desk and service are handled by Central Asian staff who don't seem very motivated, but the rooms are clean and spacious.However, although there is a refrigerator, there is no water. No electric kettle or coffee cup.But overall the room was good. The cost performance is also good.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Frankfurt. It was comfortable and clean and quiet. Very close walking to the popular restaurant and bars and other attractions. |We didn’t dine in so can’t comment on those facilities, but we would stay again.
