When we called in to reserve a room, the hotel said they had no rooms left. However, we could easily book a room through booking.com and their website.It seemed they didn’t want to reserve a room for us on the phone, because we spoke English.

Very nice and clean place after the renovation 2024. Easy just off A7 without disturbing noice. Great food service + coffieshop + snacks and drinks. Easy parking outside.

Conveniently located on the A7 near Kassel - plenty of parking spaces available. Rooms clean - the food offering in the Axxe Restaurant could be more varied. Otherwise everything is OK. Most guests only stay one night because they are passing through.

Found it by accident. So we got a room for one night. Outside a massive car park where quite a few campervans had stayed the night free and peaceful.

The location is very good if you need an overnight stay along the autobahn on a trip north by Kassel. Parking just outside, but it is for the entire rest area, and there were many trailers that used the spaces for cars. Rooms were perfectly OK. Quiet where the hotel is located. Didn't hear any sounds from the autobahn or the rest area. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel where you can get food.

I am a guest as a business traveler and the price-performance ratio is TOPClean, tidy rooms with good facilities.The rest stop options for staying, eating and drinking are also good.There is someone there 24/7 & everyone was friendly.

I wonder how the good reviews come about.Old, dingy, some things broken, loud, stuffy air, totally dirty old carpet, and the room smelled terrible. No seating on the balcony except an old dirty chair with a cover and an old dirty stool in the room.The elevator is broken, the mattresses have been read through, I can feel every spring, the bathroom is filthy, the roller shutter has apparently just broken, you have to use the back entrance for conferences. We woke up to a giant grasshopper.So unfortunately you have to give it 1 star. Maybe there are other rooms, but it's still far too expensive!

We saw it but the navigation system couldn't find the entrance.Broken German at reception but worked. Room ok for a quick overnight stay. We had already left for breakfast.Dinner in the restaurant tasted good but visually not so much.

All in all a very nice hotel. Nice and tidy rooms with everything that goes with it, but with one exception. A couple of chairs are missing, so it would be possible to sit on the terrace. The hotel itself is nice and clean and with good service. Very nice staff and from the hotel there is a fantastic view. Free parking and gas station right next door. The price of the room is absolutely reasonable. We would love to come again. Can be highly recommended.
