Located directly on the Zeil, within walking distance of the subway and S-Bahn. And still quiet. Super cute reception, bar and living area on the 1st floor. The rooms are furnished in the usual Moxy style. Very nice and committed team.

The Moxy Frankfurt City Center is in the immediate vicinity of the Frankfurter Hauptwache and therefore in the city. With the S-Bahn it takes 2 stops to get to the main station. You can also get to the exhibition center quickly using the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. The hotel is slightly different than other hotels. Urban, minimalist and industrial styles perhaps describe it best. The service staff are very friendly. The breakfast is also very varied and delicious.

The hotel blocks an extra 110 euros as a deposit on the credit card for each night. For no reason, without telling you in advance, at three o'clock in the morning so that the cell phone or the bank app also goes "pip". At first I thought my card details had been stolen somewhere. They don't release it immediately either. Super weird, super uncomfortable.The location is good (central).

AVOID IT!! I do NOT recommend to stay here neither for business nor for Leisure. This is basic, totally OVERPRICED and you can find much better value elsewhere.- If you travel for business: Do NOT stay here. They REFUSE to provide an ironing table and an iron to your room, even if you ask nicely. You have to go to a separate floor / ironing room with your shirt, there is only one room and one iron so you will likely end up queuing after a long day. There is NO phone in your room should you need anything, you have to go to reception. They try so hard to be “cool”, they forget to be helpful and if you are on a business trip, you’ll get condescendence rather than help. Breakfast is NOT included, bottled water NOT provided, NO coffee machine nor kettle for a quick morning coffee, aircon not great, very TINY bathroom and I had more comfortable beds... The list goes on. For this, my company paid €369 a night!!! A joke. Better stay at any other Value hotel for such service / quality. Don’t let their good marketing fool you.- for Holiday / Leisure: same as above and as it will be your own money, I insist: completely overpriced!! While it is centrally located, you can find much better, trust me. Also, you’ll see groups of randoms guys near the main entrance, not a great feeling when it’s dark after a nice dinner.Honestly, I come on a weekly basis to Frankfurt for work, the company i work for exceptionally booked me here, and I can’t believe they paid €369 a night for this.

Pros:Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful.Underground parking is easy with limited spaces, but appreciate the opportunity to get a discount.Accessible room had lots of room for the wheelchair to manoeuvre.Free WiFi works well.Central location (close to mall).Good price for 1 night.Cons:Lights in bathroom were broken as was the sink plug.No simple amenities such as a kettle, wardrobe, coffee, etc.Room looks unfinished and basic compared to pictures online.Overall the hotel lobby aesthetic is great, the staff are great but the rooms are very basic and although the cost is fair, compared to our stay in Cologne with another hotel, it was the same price and we got more for our money. Wouldn't personally choose a Moxy again.

For a budget Marriott property, this place exceeded all expectations...and then some. I came here as a 60-plus individual and left feeling 30 years younger. From check in to check out, every employee I had contact with was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working at the Moxy. Parking overnight was very easy and definitely affordable at just 25 Euro. The breakfast at 13 Euro was also more than adequate with a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, veggies, and more. The room was very comfortable and very modern. The entire decor of the hotel makes you feel so much younger. In fact, you can "hopscotch" to check in. There are big free lockers to store your luggage prior to or after checking in or out. The location is also in the center of town. I normally pay twice the price at a "fancier" Marriott, but this place stands on its own. Add in a 24/7 bar for a post theater night cap, then this place gets a full five star rating. I'll see you again @ The Moxy!

Centrally located hotel with clean rooms that could be a little larger but meet the Moxy standard. Unfortunately there were a few towels in the room.Parking: The hotel has a contract with the underground car park on Stiftstrasse with direct access to the hotel. A corresponding note in the booking documents was at least not clear enough for us, so we parked somewhere else (but just as cheaply).

It's okay. Good centric location, guys at the reception are quite nice. But the room didn't have a desk (!), bed is on the smaller size, dispensers in the bathroom barely give any soap and the breakfast selection is quite limited.

Quite a good hotel. I find the constant references to S** a bit off, but you can sleep well here. For breakfast there are super small rolls, eggs, jam and fresh fruit. Soy milk is also offered. The bed was a bit hard and quite small due to the pillows on the wall. The bathroom is also minimally designed, but that way you make the best possible use of the space. There is WiFi.

What a wonderfully fun place to stay! Playfulness abounds, woven into everything from the decor to the “bank vault” elevators. The check in desk doubles as a 24 hour bar, and the people working there treated me very kindly. A tasty buffet breakfast with a decent selection is included. And it’s right in the heart of a great part of downtown Frankfurt. Even hanging out in the lobby is relaxing and fun because you can play games and even strum on the guitar they have there. And don’t forget to hug the giant teddy bear!

Long story short, we ended up at the wrong Moxie. However, this was without question the best Moxie ever. The staff were amazing and friendly. They helped us figure out our issues. They were extremely accommodating and friendly, and seeing how frustrated and challenged we were after a long day of traveling, they did everything they could to make us feel better. Could not say more about how wonderful and helpful the staff were at this establishment.
