For our celebration, the hotel was within walking distance. That's why we booked two rooms here. These were clean and there is also a parking garage in the hotel, but for €25 per night! A disgrace when you put the overnight prices in perspective.The breakfast buffet was catastrophic, hardly any staff, they stank of sweat or had bad breath. We asked for the table to be set with cutlery and napkins. Nobody came and cared. We organized everything ourselves. Coffee and the like can only be dispensed via vending machines. No oats or soy milk available. For €25 per person, this breakfast is unreasonable. There was no butter and the waiter pointed to a plate of mashed margarine. When we were finished, fresh butter arrived at 10:20 a.m., shortly before the buffet closed.

Room itself nice and clean, but unfortunately extremely noisy. I heard noise from the street and hallway as if there were no windows or doors, which made sleeping almost impossible, even with headphones.

"An absolute top hotel! The rooms are modern, comfortable and extremely clean. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating - you immediately feel welcome. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful lobby, which invites you to linger. The breakfast buffet was a real pleasure, with a large selection of fresh and delicious food. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would be happy to come back!"

Welcome, service, kitchen, food and staff top. Very friendly, solve all problems and find ways. Rooms really good and food delicious and large selection of everything. Very satisfied. The environment was unpleasant and the way to and from the train station was difficult. Not a good area, but easy to reach by public transport. Gladly again for conferences, but not privately

Very friendly service at reception, after our booking of the room was not transmitted correctly by an organizer, a room was still found. The room was usable, but a little tired and old-fashioned. Since the window faced the street, the traffic on the adjacent main street was clearly visible. During the stay, several coffee machines were clearly stubborn and were temporarily unusable. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you can find relaxation on the banks of the Main and the adjacent Hoechst district. The high fees for a space in the underground car park are annoying. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the wellness area with sauna and fitness studio.

UPDATE (July 2023):Unfortunately, my hope for improvement was not fulfilled. On the contrary: some things have gotten even worse.During my last visit in June 2023, my room's air conditioning was not working. After I complained, I received the succinct information:"Yes, we know that the air conditioning is not working in some of our rooms. Apparently you got one of those rooms."I couldn't change rooms because they were supposedly fully booked.I have enjoyed being a guest at the Lindner Hotels for many years. Also in this hotel here in Frankfurt Höchst.Unfortunately, the quality of this hotel has declined significantly recently.First the (only) positive:The employees are still very friendly and helpful.The quality of the breakfast is at best that of a 3-star hotel. The rolls are cheap industrial goods, sausage and cheese are absolutely carelessly stacked in small piles. There is absolutely no loving extra that would pleasantly surprise the guest.I've been in two different rooms in the last few weeks. The leather armchair in both rooms is extremely worn out and urgently needs to be replaced.The metal in the bathroom door frames is severely scratched and in urgent need of renovation.Last week I complained that half of the radio programs didn't work. To date nothing has happened in this regard.(Current addition:Even several months later nothing has happened. Is that customer orientation?)The Wi-Fi reception is poor in both rooms (keeps breaking off).Unfortunately, this hotel has become a negative flagship for Lindner Hotels. I hope that something changes for the better here quickly.Update September 2024:You won't believe it - the air conditioning still doesn't work. I changed rooms twice, there was no air conditioning in all three rooms.And again the succinct answer from the employees:“We already know that, but the repair is complicated. Plus, we don’t have all the parts yet.”This is pretty much the same answer I got 15 months (!) ago. Incredible!

09.24Update after two years:Again, the positive first:The service staff in the restaurant and the cleaning team are super friendly and helpful. Flo from the bar also did a great job.And this time there was even a single person working at the reception in a good mood.Now for the rest:The food is still inedible, the buffet is empty too quickly and the reception is still unfriendly (except for this one very friendly person).The rooms are shabby but at least they're clean now. The pillow is very comfortable and made a new impression.The bar continues to be a place of horror, serving undrinkable cocktails when Flo isn't on duty.Overall, the overall impression from two years ago has unfortunately been confirmed again. At least this time there were no bed bugs or fly eggs...--------------------------------09.22.First of all, the positive. The room was big enough and clean.But that's enough.At second glance, everything here is simply seen as negative. Bad service, which sometimes means waiting 45 minutes for your drink in the bar, plus rude statements.The food in the restaurant, we had a buffet, was inedible and the chicken breast was covered in fly eggs.Last but not least, I also brought bed bug bites home with me.The whole thing was reported.I can only hope that this will be responded to as quickly as possible.Unfortunately, the hotel is the best proof that the Corona period has not led many to rethink.Definitely not recommended!

Friendly reception, parking is relatively expensive at 25 euros per 24 hours, but it is a secure parking garage! Lobby modern, rooms a little older, a Bavarian-style restaurant open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast is sufficient and varied. I was in the Centennial Hall in the evening. Easy to reach by bus.

Check in relatively quick and uncomplicated. Received an upgrade due to Discoverist status at Hyatt.That was it and now comes the rest. What exactly the upgrade in room 366 on the 3rd floor was supposed to be was not clear to me. Possibly the size of the room, otherwise 3 star standard without any benefits or welcome. Things are completely different in Düsseldorf. Difference between day and night. Warm drinks in the minibar in the room, the air conditioning, if there is one, doesn't do anything except be loud and blow air through. Hair in the bathroom and a booger stuck in the sink.I really have to think hard about whether the house deserves a second chance.
