Dirty hotel. The room is very poorly cleaned. There is fungus everywhere in the bathroom, even on the ceiling. The rooms are cold. Even the TV remote control is damaged. Space price. I paid €90 for the night

I only had one night in this hotel. However, I can't understand how this place can be called a hotel. Please believe me when I say, it's better to sleep in the car than to just set foot in this nightmare. The room was so disgusting I don't even know where to start. Apart from the fact that the room, but especially the bathroom, was not cleaned, I was only given a small towel that was on the bed. And this little towel was still damp from the previous guest. I didn't sleep all night because I was so disgusted.

Didn't get the room that was booked, room too small for 2 people. Room unclean, TV broken, nothing was done despite a complaint. Bathroom unclean, shower pressure not enough for medium-length hair, water got cold.Breakfast outside at the bakery, not good either, only gives one cup of coffee per person. The bakery isn't exactly clean either.

The bedding hasn't been changed, it's full of dust. The water in the shower tray does not flow because it is clogged with hair.

Nice place on the oldest part of the city, no cars allowed, quiet place 200 meter from bus stop to Frankfurt.
Graf Isenburg gave this place in the middle of the Wood to a group of french Christiaan who had to run from the French King.

Unfortunately the pictures don't give back the smell and the dirt.The cleanliness of these rooms is a disaster. The bathroom smells of urine and cigarettes. Everything full of hare. The bedroom curtain had never been washed and was gray from the dirt and nicotine. The location is good and there is enough parking space.

Hotel in the middle of Neu isenburg, with its own restricted parking space, also suitable for small vans. Room 8, €75 per night, as of 09/23. window facing main street. very loud when opened. The room was extremely heated, the heat in the room was probably 30 degrees. There was a fan. good WiFi, tiny beds, small room, decent bathroom.

The reception was negative with demands for cash and extra for dog BUT the extra was 10 euros more than I could have booked online! He would not give me a receipt for payment but would come up with them. It never happened.No offer for breakfast!Room dirty and hair dryer not working.Room smells of mould.Fire escape route blocked by bed!!

Ordered a double bed, two single beds in the room. Room not clean. Curtain has seen better days. Bedsheet had blood stains. Not recommended.

HANDS OFF!!! DO NOT BOOK!!Unfortunately, we didn't receive any feedback about the cancellation or the possibility of rescheduling for several weeks. I asked again by phone and still received no response. I've been there three times and the staff is not professionally competent. They text my phone number and nothing happens. Today I was there again and saw the emails I had sent as deleted!!! Incredible!!!The staff didn't know the hotel's email address!!!I live in Neu-Isenburg itself and there are several hotels with competent staff!!LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL NEARBY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THIS HOTEL IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE GOOD QUALITY/PERFORMANCE!

Hotel: Isenburger HofTV & WiFi-there is free WiFi-the television hangs above the roomRoom (bed) 14- the bed is not too soft it is hard 1 pillow and a medium sized blanket- there is a closet a small shelf on the wall- the cloakroom is also well set up- large work table and a chair- the room was very clean 👍- Lighting is not too bright and not too darkRoom (requested)- there is a large mirror- A hairdryer- 1 towel for the hands and 1 for the body on the bed- There is also soap for the hands and shampoo for the hair-the shower is cleanparking- There are also dedicated parking spaces outsideEat-It's only available in a bakery across from the works togetherstaff- the staff is very friendly

Very sporadically furnished, bathroom unclean, towel rack and shower and no supply of shower and toiletries. Existing towels are more than reasonable as they are gray and very hard. All in all, not recommended at all, not even for low money. A kettle and cups or mugs are there even though you don't even get coffee
