It’s Absolutely ridiculous I reserve hotel for 2 nights. Within one hour i cancelled my reservation they still charged debited the full amount. Absurd

Great service. Highly recommended as a regular guest. Very happy again and again. Thanks to the team. Great transport connections. No long distances for shopping. And as a self-employed person you are well accommodated in the Best One.

The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and some spoke English, my room was very clean and pleasant, small but very functional, I've been in much smaller. The location is very quiet as it is located in an industrial area, so there is no night noise. Breakfast had a good selection and was well balanced. The room prices are very reasonable. Free parking street side as well as in the secured parking garage. A very quiet area. Thanks, Rick, September 1, 2024

A debt collection company was commissioned directly one month after the hotel stay without sending an invoice. When asked, excuses were sought on the phone. Absolutely not recommended.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights just to sleep and even then I was fed up, I arrived at the hotel around 8 p.m., received my room card and went to the room, the first impression is okay modern, but in the furnishings relatively simple and limited to only the bare essentials (bed, chest of drawers, fan, bedside table, TV)I wanted to shower in the evening, no warm water, well okay, I thought maybe I did something wrong. The next morning there was still no warm water and I lay awake half the night to some kind of beeping. I then wrote an email to the owner, he also took care of the problems, his answer was he didn't know where the beeping came from and warm water wasn't available until the next day due to problems.Okay, he can't help it, but there wasn't a small gesture for me taking an ice-cold shower for two days. Furthermore, I couldn't get into my room in the evening, I waited in vain for the man at reception and called until he finally came, the problem was solved after an hour.The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired, and the TV didn't work either.However, the man at reception is very friendly and helpful and the parking situation on site is also good.Still wouldn't recommend the hotel.

If you are looking for a very cheap place to stay in the area for necessary reasons, you will find a clean bed and running warm water in a very small room (single room) in this accommodation. From my experience so far, the surroundings and the condition as well as the atmosphere of the building (outer facade, hallways, breakfast room) are hard to beat in terms of desolation and would create a depressive mood if you stayed for a longer period of time... for the louder music in the immediate neighborhood/same building? During our one night stay the hotel could probably do less. Finally, it should be mentioned that the breakfast for €12 offers a simple selection of rolls, cheese and sausage selection and coffee and was fine. However, the eggs could have used 30 minutes less cooking time.

Unfortunately we cannot give 0. Let's start with the fact that the reception closes at 9pm, arriving late at night, we took the keys in the safe, located in the garage (the only good thing). Throughout the hotel you can smell an intense smell of sewage, accompanied by dirty interiors and corridors. After entering the room, after a while, I realize that there are no towels! Only the bathroom mat. I ask a friend to borrow a towel so I can wash myself. I get into the shower, without a cabin, dirty and with remnants of hair at the bottom. The water obviously comes out from all sides, and reaches the door. Not happy, I dry myself somehow and go to bed. Only then do I realize that the blanket on one side is also visibly dirty. Total crap.I advise you to close or change the way you treat customers. In hotels you pay to sleep and wash. What would I have paid for? Not at all.

If I could I would give zero stars for the location.In addition to the construction site noise, there is a huge party here on the weekend with VERY LOUD music.Despite November and the heating being off, the rooms felt like they were 30 degrees, so the windows were open. You can't sleep because of the excessively loud music.Absolute no go

Worst overnight stay ever! In addition to the construction site noise, aircraft noise and guest noise, you can't get back to your room; the door is locked after room service. This was then reluctantly opened after the porter's request and explained that the room was not allowed to be locked in order to use the card. The managing director was not available for an appointment because of the noise. The short stay ended earlier.
