First of all, it is located 5 minutes away from Frankfurt Central Station, so the location and room size are excellent for the price. However, the soundproofing is a bit weak, so people with sensitive skin may have trouble sleeping.

They neglected to tell me the elevator was broken when I made the reservation. The front desk was polite, but magically indifferent to the absent elevator. I’m in good shape and I can use the exercise and walk up the stairs, but what if I had been an ailing octogenarian? Again when I asked front desk, if I could complain, they gave me a blank form. No doubt they tossed it in the trashcan afterwards finally in my room I found the carcasses of bedbugs and had to abandon ship and book a much nicer and far more expensive hotel on the other side of town. Avoid This place unless you are a committed masochist. for the record they did offer me something like €40 off my next day at the hotel. Life is short I will never ever come back to this hotel.

It was close to the central station and the location was good for getting to other tourist attractions in Frankfurt. I was worried because there were some negative comments in the reviews, and although it was a little inconvenient that the elevator didn't work, there was nothing that bothered me much during my 4 nights and 5 days stay. The room is clean and the hot water flows well. If I had to find a drawback, it would be that the soundproofing is a bit poor. Honestly, I think you'll be satisfied with this location and quality for this price.

A space not worth even one starI was late and the elevator was cut off, so I went up with my suitcase and found the room was in the worst condition. I didn't expect it to be in the worst condition, but the double doors wouldn't close and the hotel reception staff seemed to be weak. Something seemed strange. There was bug bites and mold in the shower booth.Worst hotel in my lifePay more in 5 minutes and move to another good hotel.I think it was the most valuable money I spent in my life.Never go there

The room doesn't look like it does in the pictures. They say these are example pictures, I say a hole with a mattress that is too soft, a fridge broken, no hairdryer, if you want one they want a deposit of 20 euros. No breakfast, you can only sleep there, the only good thing was , the bathroom was clean, but in a double room there is a glass and water available and the 2nd glass is under the bed, I saw this by chance because I was looking for the remote control. The area stinks because of the homelessness, we canceled after 3 days ,couldn't have lasted 2-3 DAYS longer, sorryOf course the main station isn't exactly clean, no matter where it is, but I've never experienced it there. Oh yes, the elevator is broken, to be fair I have to write something good, the staff who were on late duty and who cleaned the room were friendly.

The hotel is certainly a little old and in need of modernization, there is no lift nor air conditioning. …

Unfortunate first night, unbearable heat and terrifying noise throughout the night and a carpet with a life of its own, but on the second day they changed our room without carpet, noise and a fan. What didn't work for 5 days was the elevator. The best thing is if it is located next to the Frankfurt central station, the worst thing is that it is surrounded by drugs and people who consume these drugs.

Room with carpet full of stains from 300 years ago. The closet door in the wall fallen. 33 degrees and no air conditioning or fan. The room faces an interior patio with a horrible noise. The bed against the wall. All drug addicts on the street. A horror. Furniture from a few years ago. Dirty appearance. Then they charge you 10 euros in taxes per person. After the first night and complaining we were moved to another much better room without carpet, quiet and they gave us a fan. What did not change in the 5 days was the sign on the elevator "out of service", which for the issue of suitcases or people with physical disabilities, I don't know how I would do it.The only good thing next to the central station, but the area is horrible

Good location due to its proximity to the central station. It is better not to talk about the rest. Very degraded area, drug sales, dirty and smelly streets. Room with unbearable noise, unbearable heat due to not being able to open the windows. Wardrobe with the door torn off and leaning against the wall and a dirty and outdated carpet
