Hotel good. The place is worth seeing and the ice cream in the ice cream factory is great. It was really worth stopping here.

There is no reception or any other service. The hotel has been shut down and only runs via the spa hotel on the other side of the park. So it basically became a building next to the other hotel. The room service comes by regularly and freshens up the rooms, but other than that there isn't much going on there other than living.

Clean, comfortable bed. The downside is that it’s hard to find the entrance to the building with the rooms (it’s located in another building). The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, nice and friendly staff

The rooms are good so far, the carpet is a bit outdated and laminate would be nicer. But everything was very clean and tidy. The mattresses had - for me - a very pleasant hardness and were not saggy. Unfortunately there is no refrigerator or kettle.Room cards are easier to handle than keys!The fact that there is no reception is not a problem. It is located about 300m further in the Kurpark Hotel, where meals are also available.WiFi was available.With a card system, the main entrance could also be used and you wouldn't have to go through the side entrance.The food was great. Very good buffet early and in the evening.I'd love to come back.

The rooms were still in the old standard but clean, more importantly, the mattress was very good. Breakfast was served in the spa hotel opposite, which was great, nothing was missing, the service was very accommodating. Would love to come back

We were there from March 15th. until March 18th as a guest in the hotel. And had booked 2 rooms. The rooms are clean, nice and quiet. The mattresses were rather unreasonable for us, but you can't have the perfect mattress for everyone.It's also okay that you have to go to the other hotel to check in.However, I don't think it's nice that there was no intermediate cleaning. We paid over 300 euros, so you can expect that at least the trash cans will be taught, especially since other staff are already being saved. Not even the toilets in the lobby were cleaned. I find that really sad. That's how much standard should be.A coffee machine in the lobby would also be great.

Rooms are standard, spacious and clean. Very quiet location, noises from the hallway can occasionally be heard. The beds are good and not worn out. In the bathroom there are the usual traces of moisture (black spots, for example) on the jointsFor breakfast you have to go to the Hotel am Kurpark opposite (2 minutes walk) it's generally ok, the selection of cheese is limited.The internet connection via WiFi is very poor, either you have WiFi without an internet connection or you have internet via WiFi but the connection is constantly interrupted.In terms of mobile communications technology, the connection is also very poor despite a contract with Germany's largest mobile phone provider and a 5G contract. Seems like this all over Bad Hersfeld...
