Good value for money, rooms absolutely clean and in very good condition. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, everything was fresh and was refilled immediately if necessary. The underground car park was nice and bright, the size of the parking spaces was OK and easy access to the hotel.If we are in Fulda again, we will definitely book here again. 100% recommendation!

Simply amazing! I was in Fulda for a conference and stayed at the Holiday Inn. I've stayed in several hotels and I have to say that it's been a long time since I've been as excited about an all-round hotel package like this! The service, the rooms, the breakfast, cleanliness, noise, parking... Everything is bomb. Very nice and helpful staff. At breakfast you have the option to take something with you for the journey and extra paper bags(In other hotels you hear what you're thinking or worse and you don't even dare to take an apple with you) very great! Breakfast buffet is well stocked with a moderate selection. A little bit of everything and it tastes really good. What I thought was particularly great because it happened to me that upon request at the reception (if you have forgotten it), toothbrushes and toothpaste, disposable razors for men and women as well as hygiene items for women are provided free of charge (a list is hanging in the hotel room next to the bathroom mirror ). Really very thoughtful and caring. The rooms are very very clean. I've stayed in hotels that were twice or three times as expensive and they weren't nearly as clean or in good shape as here. Modernly furnished, everything is up to date. The parking garage is well lit and you can only get up with a room card. The bar also has a very good selection. The draft beer... sandwiches... various snacks and all at really good, not overpriced prices. Good connection to public transport, old town and various restaurants as well as lots of great shops and small cafes within walking distance. All in all, highly recommended! Great city, nice people. I would go there again at any time! Thank you for this beautiful experience!!!

The hotel is currently right next to a construction site, right at the back, so it's very loud.Otherwise the location is relatively close to the city.Rooms are modern and well equipped.

Fine hotel, not quite in the city but also not too far from the train station, about a 20 minute walk.Cozy rooms that are modern (there was also a kettle and coffee powder and tea, as well as a modern bathroom with a large shower.

A great hotel. We were traveling through as a family with 3 small children.Simply drive to the underground car park. A parking space reservation is not possible. Then take the elevator directly to the lobby. The rooms are clean and modern. The location is 1a. Walk into town with the kids in the evening and have a great breakfast the next morning.To be honest, I don't know how they can do this with such low prices.We'll definitely be back!

Had a room on the 4th floor. When you book, there is no guarantee as to whether you will get a double bed or two single beds. We were lucky, as we were told. The room was very clean, I could even stream Netflix on the TV from my phone. So technically at the forefront. Unfortunately, they do not have control over the ventilation of the sewer pipes. The bathroom stank all the time. Breakfast is included. But don't expect anything culinary.

We called the hotel specifically to get a room at the top, far away from the elevator and towards the back.When we booked over the phone, we were assured that it was stored in the system.When I asked on the phone what parking spaces were like, I was told that they are available free of charge in the underground car park.This was a lie from the lady on the phone, parking costs €12 for 24 hours.When we arrived and asked, we were told there was nothing in the system.The woman next to the colleague at the reception noticed and immediately became snappy.She said there was nothing they could do and go to another hotel.This is an outrage in my opinion.I thought that in every other hotel, for example a B&B, they tried to find a solution, which was absolutely not the case here.For example, you could have covered the parking costs.There was only a voucher for 2 drinks in the hotel, when I asked again what the decision would be, which was ridiculous in my opinion.About the cleanliness in the room.The door handle on the door to the outside and the door handle to the bathroom were dirty, so nothing is done when cleaning the room when it comes to cleaning the door handles.

We regularly visit this well-maintained hotel. Rooms are bright, clean and well maintained. Everything essential is there. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast good. We feel well looked after by the hotel staff.

Location:The hotel is conveniently located.A cinema is practically next door.Beautiful half-timbered houses, alleys and shops are in the side street.The restaurants are also within walking distance.Park:You can drive to the underground car park via Gerbergasse. The parking ticket can be paid directly at reception so that you can then drive in and out of the car park again and again.Personnel:The staff is very friendly and accommodating and helpful. A joy and smile is radiated. Very nice!Breakfast:Very rich and tasty.(see picture with the breakfast offer; as of 09.2024)Room:The rooms were clean and spacious.Shampoo, soap, towels... everything was there.The shower head can be adjusted/rotated in terms of water jet hardness from “soft” to “massage”. Really good!!!!
