The hotel is really beautiful, modern and in a great location. It makes a new and well-kept impression, which we really liked. Unfortunately, however, there was one point that had a negative impact on our stay: the manager's behavior.Even at check-in, the manager seemed rather unfriendly and distant, which made us feel uncomfortable. This impression persisted during our stay, which unfortunately spoiled our stay somewhat. A cordial and professional approach to guests is particularly important in the hotel industry, and we see room for improvement here.It's a real shame, because the hotel itself impressed in all other areas. We hope that the treatment of guests will improve in the future, as the hotel otherwise has a lot to offer

I think it is a great value hotel in Frankfurt for this price and this quality.The staff were also very friendly and kind, so there was no inconvenience.However, the breakfast felt a little expensive compared to the composition.It's located far from the city, so it's a bit inconvenient to go downtown, but it's nice that you can get to Masse Station by going over the bridge and 3 minutes away.The neighborhood was quiet and the security was quite good.I plan to stay here next time I come to Frankfurt again.

A short trip to Frankfurt. Location for getting to the city center is ok. It's a 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn and 4 stops further and you're in the city. However, the location of the hotel is not very nice. Very loud and on the corner of a large intersection.Rooms clean, but very small, especially the shower and bathroom in general. No room service, i.e. no beds are made or towels changed, but no notice was given.Staff are very nice on average, but they seem more like student jobs and not like specialist staff.The breakfast room didn't work for us at all. Hardly any decent seating, looked more like a daycare playroom. There were neither fresh rolls nor real bread for breakfast. Only baked goods. Hardly any selection of cold cuts and cheese.Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. Maybe we are already too old for this kind of hotel and other things.

The location is very good, away from the Hbf viertel and in the posh area of the downtown. Its still close to the Hbf.The room had AC and is very quite and clean. Would definitely recommend.

A convenient place near an accessible station and the comfortable room with a great price, a nice co-working cafe space included! very friendly staff :) I want to be back again when I stay in Frankfurt!
