Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very dirty and I had cockroachs in my room.|Bed not changed until 5 days later . Television did not work all the time. Lift not working. No breakfast available. Though it is near amenities the street was full of junkies

Too little cleanliness, very old inventory, uncomfortable beds, rubbish from the previous hotel, poor and expensive parking facilities. The only good thing is the proximity to the train station. And something like that is now called a 3 star hotel.

This is the worst ever hotel of my life.Stinky and Stale smell were coming from room. Even it's not worth of 1 star.You can feel the real picture of attached vs shown it on internet other websites. No ethics and trustworthy.Furniture seems to be brought from garbage store FOC.Don't ever book this 🤢 and 🤮 😭 hotel to ruin your trip. Stay away!We got a fungus food too. It's completely unhygienic..Booked it from booking.com and would like to request, they should immediately remove this property from their list of property. Even no one from their staff can come and stay a single night in such a weird environment.More or less they are also responsible to promote these kind of nonsense property without checking it frequently with their standard parameters.Before listing they should thoroughly checked it for safety, cleaning, and other so many parameters with respect to customer point of views.No worth and waste of money.Save your money and use other good hotel with better services and cheaper cost.

NOT RECOMMENDED! This hotel has a lack of safety rules and has no normal surveillance around the hotel (just one camera at the reception, even if it works?). Also this hotel has a stupid rule, when you exit the room, you have to give the key back to the reception desk and some workers can be easily confused and can give the key to somebody else. Hotel is located in a very dirty district.My story: I was robbed at this hotel, when I exit the room, give the key to reception desk and when came back my stuff was missing! It's because at the reception, the worker got easily confused and handed the key to somebody else "a friend came"."If you want the same adventures, than welcome to Carlton hotel".If wise than don't stay there!

Great location, great service. The rooms are ok sized and very functional but not the newest. For the price it was a great deal just for a night. Good bed and shower. Even a mini fridge.

Horrible hotel, weak staff, there was only one person who spoke German and English. They ONLY spoke Arabic and poor English. THERE WAS AN ATTENDANT WHO DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH OR GERMAN, just Arabic. At check out, which was at 11am, the receptionist let us leave our bags until our flight at 3:30pm. However, he didn't let us sit at the reception on the sofa or use the bathroom.The bathroom of the suite where we stayed had animals, the toilet was not suitable for sitting, the elevator was small for 2 people and very cramped.About the location of the hotel, it is in the middle of drug addicts, Muslim immigrants and full of girls and call boys. It was not possible to go out at night, the place was very dangerous.Our stay was horrible. Don't stay at the hotel.

It was extremely disappointing. First we arrived and saw a small hotel, with a small lobby, only one elevator and it was cramped. The staff don't know German and little English. Old room, dirty carpet. The view looked behind the Hotel. On the last day we left our bags, we wanted to wait 1 hour for the flight and they asked us to pick it up. The neighborhood was a place full of drug users and prostitution. I felt unsafe going out at night. On other days, he doesn't go out at night for fear of someone calling. I don't recommend it, nor would I go back.

I was very well taken care of. Simple but very clean and fragrant room, comfortable beds, bathroom a little cramped but in good condition. Yummy breakfast. Great cost/benefit.

One of the worst hotels I've ever slept in. Room and bathroom not clean, stains on the bed linen and the whole room as well as pillows and curtains smelled extremely like smoke. Windows couldn't really be darkened and it was very loud. Breakfast was poor, as expected. The only positive thing was the proximity to the train station. Because of a trade fair, the room also cost an absurd €139.
