the place is terrible. I have never been to a worse place. the curtains in the room are torn. the parquet in the room was destroyed. the entrance door to the room cannot be locked in any way. they don't have hygienic necessities in the bathroom. the toilet salt was destroyed. I left the accommodation. they did not want to return my money.

I give 4 stars on the room because it was located at the third floor steep steps and no elevator. Credit to the receptionist they were so welcoming and nice ☺️ and fast wifi Network.

Showers without closing walls, furniture closed with packing tape, price from 63 arrived says there is a surcharge because there is a car fair, but still under construction 190 euros more without breakfast included, or at least it should have an agreement with the restaurants below since it raises the prices to that amount for one night at that amount I went to the skyscraper where I have already been

The hotel was probably the worst I have ever visited in Germany, the door wasn't even freshly plastered, everything was still open, the fan in the bathroom is also clogged with Frankfurt dust and the walls look like animals have been slaughtered or there is a lot of feces The wall was spray painted so I would see it more as a construction site than a hotel but the bed is comfortable

Absolutely not recommended. The way from the train station to the hotel is very adventurous and you weren't robbed even after 2 minutes. Apparently this hotel is booked by ladies as a love hotel.Lt. Booking site own bathroom, hairdryer etc. You only have oneSink in the room. That's it. Everything smells extremely like smoke and you don't even want to go anywhere near the communal shower. Totally dirty, moldy and calcified. The shower curtain is just absolutely disgusting. Everything is totally noisy. I'm glad I can escape after this one night.

I have a simply terrible impression of this hotel.Firstly, the photos DO NOT MATCH reality. In fact, it is a completely different hotel.It is dirty, the furniture is old and broken, and in some places, the walls are damaged. Instead of an air conditioner, there is only a fan, which is covered in all the dust of Frankfurt. The hotel is almost like a brothel, with many, to put it mildly, shady people.Of course, the manager pretended to know nothing and said that the photos on the website were old.There is no elevator, and we had to climb up to the 5th floor repeatedly; the climb is very steep and winding, but perhaps you’ll be lucky enough to get a room on the ground floor.The next day, we simply went to the Atrium, paid 3 euros more, and after this dump, the Atrium was paradise.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Except for the good location and price, I was totally disappointed... a lot of dust and dirt in the room, and I also found a used handkerchief next to the bed. Hygiene and service are very important here.

The expectations were not actually too high, as it is quite affordable. If you are not picky and want to not give so much for accomodation, it will do for 1-2 nights

I didn't like the attention of the receptionist, we went in there and right after us, I suppose a friend of his came in and instead of attending to us first he had started talking to the other boy. After attracting his attention he told us I asked for the documentation and if I don't realize it, he already forgot to give the ID to my partner (thank goodness I had asked for it), the room had a strange smell, that seems like a 2-star hostel, not a hotel. Personally I will never return to that hotel.

Had to figure it out right after checking in when I entered the room. The hallways smelled extremely disgusting. I had to hold my nose until I got out of the hotel. The door was broken, which meant that anyone could come into the room no matter what time of day it was. I couldn't believe my eyes when I noticed the towels. They were smeared with blood. Basically, it is a real human rights violation to spend a night in this hotel.

Arriving with the expectation of 2.7 stars, I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the bathroom. Shower was clean and there were towels too.An absolute recommendation for the price.

Hotel was better than expected based on the reviews. There was only a bit of mold in the bathroom. There weren't that many holes in the wall and only one in our room of four fell victim to the rats. Price performance and location are great, service is also nice.

I didn't like it either. The price is cheap, but the amenities are appropriate. I agree with the opinion that the photo and reality do not correspond. There were empty cans under the bed in the room, meaning the quality of cleaning was closer to zero. The shower is uncomfortable, there is not enough space to turn around. The hotel corridors are also in a "dead" state. Only suitable for a budget overnight stay.

Most ugliest hotel I have seen in Germany. I was given a room which has a big ugly ladder which is covering half of the room. Moreover, there is a dirty cloth covering the ladder which is giving very strong negative vibes. When I checked at the reception, the receptionist said they cannot take the ladder out and said I have to adjust with that and said they can’t give the money back.
