The room itself is pretty clean, in a good location and peaceful, but I was very shocked that it doesn’t look like how it’s portrayed online at all. The walls were chipping and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling!!! In general very outdated room that needs to upgraded… also we were two people staying and only got one portion of breakfast

Great guesthouse in Ubud. The location is perfect for visiting Ubud on foot. The rooms are spacious and clean, the garden is very beautiful. The breakfast is good (excellent banana pancake!) and is served on the terrace of each room.

We choose this lodging based on reviews and found it better than expected. Grounds are picturesque, well kept. Room spacious, clean and comfortable although mattress a bit hard. Family run operation, Bossman fluent english, excellent resource for anything needed. Rated as a 1star on maps, I've stayed in 3star rated that were not even close. Can recommend.

The best of all is the treatment of the entire family that runs the hotel, they solve all your problems and doubts and provide you with excursions, motorcycle rentals, taxis... Beautiful and very well maintained gardens. Ideal location, in the center but in a very quiet street with some warums next door where you can eat very well and at an excellent price. The pool is small but very clean and will help you after an intense day of hiking. The bed is incredibly comfortable and breakfast is brought to you in the garden in front of your room.

The location of this guesthouse is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from the city center. There's a warung called Krishna right across the street that serves some of the best food I've had in Ubud. The property itself is charming and picturesque, but the rooms are quite basic. Unfortunately, our room had a strong odor, possibly from the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in.We also had an unusual experience during checkout. Despite informing the staff that we were heading out for lunch and would check out upon our return, our room was cleaned, and our bags were brought down early, even though we still had an hour left before checkout time.On a positive note, the breakfast served was delicious and well-prepared.

Actually didn’t stay here but have eaten in the restaurant multiple times and wanted to say we had a great experience with the staff and food. Menu is covering many tastes. Great coffee. Only suggestion would be to expand the alcoholic drinks options to include wine and maybe improve the cocktails a little.

We left this hotel 2 days earlier than planned due to misery. The beds are completely read through, giving you the feeling of sitting in a hammock. We were in pain every day. They have so many birds in cages spread throughout the entire complex that it feels like you're sleeping in an aviary. At 5 am all those birds start making noise. So much that even earplugs couldn't stop it. The staff also starts their day at 5 and so should you. It is not taken into account that guests are still sleeping. They communicate with each other at a very high decibel, so their children shout at each other. We barely slept here and had so many physical complaints that we left early because of misery. I texted them that we were going to check out early and when I arrived to arrange this I was able to leave the key on the door. They could collect payment via credit card. Fine. Later that day we were bombarded with monkeys and messages on booking.com that we had not paid and that they could not charge the credit card after all. They would come to our new hotel the next day with an ATM. When they arrived they blamed us for leaving without paying and then charged us a far too high amount. The breakfast was very meager, 2 eggs and 1 slice of bread with 2 slices of cucumber. Ridiculous.Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

The site is spectacular, crossing a beautiful garden. The room is spacious, clean and has a very comfortable large bed. Every morning they bring breakfast to your terrace, at the time you prefer and to choose between different dishes. They leave you two free waters every day. The pool well maintained and clean. To highlight the kindness of all the staff, very pleasant. The location is excellent, two minutes walk from the main street but at the same time on a quiet street.We also rent motorcycles there, at a good price and in good condition. The same hotel has a delicious food Warung.

This was our first hotel in Bali and it was great! The staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms and hotel is beautiful and clean and perfect distance from nice restaurants, center and other attractions such as rice fields and monkey temple.We also rented scooters.

Unfortunately, the correct pictures of the room were not shown at the time of booking. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. (This was the cheapest room, maybe the other rooms don't have this problem) It might be suitable for 1 night.

The staff are so kind and helpful. Always smiling and friendly. The breakfast was also a nice touch every morning. It's away from the main street so no outside noises. Thank you for the great stay!

Best place to stay in Ubud !! In the center, 5 minutes by foot from Ubud Palace. Jiwa is an excellent host, always ready to help you and to give you interesting information. Very clean, large choice for breakfast, beautiful swimming pool and garden. I hope to come back soon !

A few days before they asked us to cancel the reservation because according to them they had problems with the water. The same thing has been done to other travelers. Surely they cancel the reservation to get another one at a higher price. Be careful not to reserve.

This B&B canceled my reservation 2 weeks before my scheduled stay, even though I had repeatedly confirmed that my check-in would be OK and the full room fee had been paid! The reason is their common tactics....the problem of water leakage in the room.... However, after my reservation was cancelled, I immediately saw that the room for which I had canceled my reservation was released... The room charge was more than twice what I had originally booked. It was really dishonest! If you book a room at a lower price, please be careful and be sure to prepare a registered hotel by yourself, because this host will not help handle subsequent bookings, and we can only find other accommodation on our own! Please be careful with it!

We spent our first 3 nights here, the location was very central, the accommodation itself was very spacious and clean. You could choose a dish for breakfast, they were always delicious, but in our opinion they could have been a little bigger :-) All in all, a great place to stay.Had arranged a pickup service from the airport through the property, but unfortunately we were not picked up. But not dramatic given the masses of drivers at the airport.
