Actually quite nice accommodation, but not 100% clean and quite expensive. But you have a large room, neat shutters and a well-equipped bathroom. The check-in also went quite well.

Quiet location, a bit confusing to find the entrance to the parking garage at the beginning, check-in works without personal contact, the cleaning lady was very friendly. Unfortunately there isn't much within walking distance.

Not exactly very cheap, but you have a wonderful view at the top. It's OK for in between, a very quiet location with a lot of attractions. I always like to come here to relax and let go

The apartments are very clean and very well equipped. Contrary to what is described here, the self-check-in worked without any problems. I also had very friendly contact with the providers and a number that was always available. A clear recommendation from my side

Great room with balcony in a top location. Unfortunately only 3 stars because the check-in was a disaster.There is no reception, the employees are in Berlin. Check-in is done via a slightly outdated machine. Arrived with a colleague at 12 p.m. His room card came out, mine didn't. Called Berlin, the room wasn't ready yet so I could come in between 4 and 5 p.m. I've never experienced being left standing like that and having to wait another 4 hours. But the other reviews speak for themselves

Room reserved in advance, but check-in was still not possible. Last name and everything was given at the machine (staff not on site), tried to pay and then the machine kept hanging up. Tried several times in vain. After several attempts, I finally reached someone, but this was unnecessary because the lady from Berlin couldn't help me other than to say that I couldn't check in here and had to find something else!

I and two other “almost hotel guests” who had reservations stood in front of the closed door (didn’t know each other but were all standing in front of the door and tried to help each other). After many attempts we managed to reach someone at the apartment, but this someone was in Berlin and said that they couldn't help us and that we had to look for something else. No placement help, nothing, unfortunately no one in the apartment answered my cell phone. They probably already knew how charged I was because I can now look for a free room in Giessen at night despite having booked an apartment.

Everything was super clean, fully equipped and superbly furnished. Unfortunately, one thing is not so great these days. The Internet is now part of today's life. Constantly logging in and crashes are annoying in the long run.

Actually great apartments, but registering with 5 people was torture. Felt like a hidden camera to us. The machine didn't accept 2 of the same names and called 4 different people on the hotline until the problem was resolved. The TV in the room was deficient. Can happen

The apartment hotel is new, I think I was one of the first guests in the room. The room was very nice (see photos) and fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. Check-in takes place at the machine, but works very well. If you have any questions, you can reach a hotline and someone will answer it quickly. I will come again.
