My wife and I went on a bike tour along the Lahn in August 2022. The apartment at Ina Kalwatoo's is therefore conveniently located, close to the Lahn. Sleeping, kitchen, bathroom, all modernly furnished. Ground floor with large sun terrace. Our e-bikes were safely locked in the house overnight. Parking space in front of the house. There is an Italian restaurant and a campsite in town where you can get something to eat and a cold beer, and of course also wine. Ina Kalwatoo is a very, very nice lady with whom you can talk openly and about anything. Of course we were cycling during the day, but we really enjoyed it with her.

Friendly welcome from our landlady, modern furnishings, extremely clean, we were on the Lahn cycle path and felt very comfortable. Nice wine bar a short distance rounded off the stay. No breakfast was offered, but the hostess booked it for us at the neighboring campsite. Happy to R&R again

To the good stuffIt was quite easy and spontaneous to book. The apartment was clean, newly renovated and had a large terrace.On to the not so pleasant thingsThe advertised WiFi and Smart TV didn't work (normal TV did, even if the private channels weren't in HD), as there was only insufficient reception in one corner of the apartment. When this problem was raised, all they said was “tough luck”. There could also have been a little more reading material and brochures for the area.Otherwise, the holiday apartment is quiet and in the center of town and the hostess was otherwise friendly.I found the price a bit too expensive.

We stayed at the Ina-Maria guesthouse for 5 nights. The hostess is very nice and accommodating. She gave us tips on leisure activities and parking options in the surrounding cities.The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.We had 5 days of pure vacation!We can only recommend the accommodation.

We spontaneously spent one night there and were completely satisfied! The room was very clean and had everything you could need. The hostess was friendly and warm. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast. Everything went very smoothly. :)

I felt very comfortable, high quality facilities and a friendly hostess.The bed in particular was first class and ensured a restful night in the guest house.There is also a place to store bikes. Simply beautiful in the Lahn Valley.

Unfortunately, we can hardly understand the other excellent reviews. The 'Lavender' room is very dark and only has a 3 meter "view" (of a garage roof with black plastic tarpaulin and a high hedge behind it). The room floor is tiled. People with allergies probably like this, we found it cold to the feet even in summer temperatures. The operator is friendly, but that's to be expected given the price (quite high) in this location (normal village). Unfortunately, there are few alternatives in Obernhof for stage hikers on the (very beautiful!) Lahn hiking trail.

We stayed there as a couple for a hiking weekend in the apartment. Ms. Kalwatoo was super friendly right from the start, since booking over the phone. She also gratefully gave us personal information about Corona times immediately (opening times of the local restaurants and supermarkets). The house has been renovated in a very modern way, everything can be reached on the ground floor. The furnishings have been chosen with a lot of love and you immediately feel at home. We will definitely come back there!
