The room had NO wifi access. After notifying staff multiple times I stayed out day & night just to get wifi access to work. When a staff member told me that room never got wifi & he'd told the boss before but he did nothing I said they had 24 hrs to fix it. They didn't so I found other accommodation. They said they would refund the unused portion of my booking in cash. They they messaged me to say they would keep half of the money I'd paid for myself & another work colleague. There was construction noise 7 days a week from 8am-5pm, a noisy pump that woke me nightly from 3am-6.30am & the rooms were crammed together so the noise from other guests was a constant. (The advertised image of the room was misleading.) There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room & no cup provided for the hot water downstairs. They used plastic bottles every day.

It was very close to the center. If you want the room clean you have to ask for it and they will do it. I stayed at this hotel for about 9 days and I was a little disappointed. We spent 2 whole days without wifi, even so we went down to ask them to look at it quite a few times, they did nothing more than tell us to wait. The door does not close properly, it is difficult and it is something that makes you feel insecure since you have all your valuable things inside. Otherwise, they are friendly and smiling.

The rooms are relatively nicely furnished, although unfortunately the external sliding door doesn't close properly, which means geckos get into the room. The shower is also solid. Hot water and strong jet.Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by the noise. On the one hand, the scooters are parked right next to the rooms, which is why very loud scooters drive in and out from around 6 a.m. Combined with the door not closing properly, it is as loud as if the scooters were parked in the room.In addition, a few hotel employees were talking loudly and laughing right in front of the rooms from 7 a.m. onwards. Another time something was hammered on our outside wall, which was also super loud.If you want to sleep longer than 6/7 a.m., I would advise against booking here.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfy and very spacious, with seating outside also. The staff were very friendly and were always on hand to solve any problems we had. It was located around 7 minutes from the ‘main street’, which made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The pool was a nice touch, although a little small. There was often a strange smell coming from the bathroom, it was not a deal breaker for us but it would’ve been a nicer stay if it wasn’t there. Overall a pleasant stay in Ubud, and good value for money too.

Our experience of staying here was not very good.... The staff was not friendly... the room was average.... the location was far into the sandy alley... walking to the busy center in Ubud was quite tiring because it was far

This place is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious and the AC makes it super cool. Bathrooms are huge and VERY nice. Before booking you are told that there is no parking (however if you rent a bike there is space in the lobby - the road to get into the lobby is too slim for a car). The staff are very nice and friendly. We did the Mt Batur sunrise hike with them and it was absolutely amazing. The value for this place is very good. The pool is super cold which is a great way to cool down. It’s also far enough away from the Main Street that it’s nice and quiet, however it is a 5-10 minute walk to get to the strip. Furthermore, it’s really not difficult to carry your bags for a 20 second walk to the lobby where staff help you to your rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
