The person at the reception could not answer some questions. He couldn't even find out if there was a room available or if everything was taken, but worst of all, he didn't know where the stairs to the upper floors were. What does he do in case of fire?? It is deeply irresponsible!We chose to drive on, because we didn't feel pressured by having to spend the night at this hotel

Good buffet but the twin room was extremely small and the beds joined together. A smell of sewage came from the pipes in the bathroom.

Double room with a broken window, torn curtains, the so-called desk was occupied by the TV (there was a broken lamp next to it) and there was none at all! Room cleaning took place, i.e. no beds were made and no towels were changed...no floor cleaning took place in the dining room and a double room only had one seat.

The friendly staff, the problem-free check-in and the general cleanliness should be highlighted positively. There is also free Wi-Fi and free parking.Otherwise the hotel needs to be completely renovated. Chipped paint everywhere, unpleasant smells and the water temperature was a gamble. You either take an ice-cold shower all the time or get burned. In my opinion, the breakfast is not worth the extra charge. Something more needs to be offered. There was also very little light in our room.You also have to like the continuous noise (motorway, main road, rescue helicopters taking off, refugee accommodation).Size of the room for 3 people OK.Conclusion: OK for an overnight stay in transit. otherwise not recommended.

We only stayed 1 night. Beds and rooms are very nice. The room was small but completely sufficient. Breakfast has a lot of choice. Despite the location near the main road, we actually had peace at night.

Good stopover hotel on the A4/A9. The Regiohotel Group only took over this hotel in January 2024 and renovation work is still taking place. We had the feeling that our family room wasn't quite ready yet (no shower curtain in the bathtub, no blackout option in room 2). Otherwise very clean and modernly furnished).Staff very friendly and breakfast with a large selection and very tasty & fresh!So a clear recommendation if you need a good overnight stay.

There is NO restaurant in the Hotel Regio West.There is a breakfast buffet for 10 euros per person.In our room, the walls to the neighboring room were so thin that we didn't sleep all night because of the neighbor's snoring.Equipment very much in need of renovation. Curtain torn, no storage space, one chair for the little one. Corner table. Cleanliness (quickly wiped over.)Reception staff was very nice.Stayed 1 night in transit

The hotel is right next to the A9 motorway, but the noise of cars does not disturb you at night. The rooms are ok, they could use some updating, but they are clean. Breakfasts are simple, served buffet style

Renovation work is currently taking place and is urgently needed. The house as a whole and the rooms are very old and have obviously been poorly maintained - but the price of 45 euros per night in a single room (without breakfast) is just acceptable.Pro: the team is committed, friendly and professional.The location is perfect for a city trip to Leipzig or shopping in Nova Leuna.Pro+: The water pressure in the shower on the 2nd floor was absolutely great, something that more modern, more expensive houses often can't achieve.

PositiveThe staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.Parking is free.The rooms are currently being renovated, unfortunately with a lot of botch.The mattresses were new, but too hard for me. Beds and towels were clean.The shower curtain was also new.For €10 the breakfast is impeccable.NegativeThe remaining furniture is old, broken and unclean. I didn't unpack my suitcase.There were silverfish everywhere in my bathroom and they also found their way into the room.There were little spiders and of course cobwebs in every corner. (why don't you just vacuum them away)Everything in the hallway, stairs, etc. is old, stained and worn.It's a shame, there's still room for improvement!

A typical hotel for traveling. It could use a touch up, but it served its purpose. The breakfast is correct, it should only be replenished on time for those who sleep longer. It would be good to install vending machines with drinks and snacks.

Since the hotel is right on the highway, you should be able to get used to the traffic noise. We had no problems with the neighboring accommodation for asylum seekers. However, what bothered us was the lack of cleanliness of the floor and windows as well as an unpleasant smell in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room.Unfortunately, we were unable to use the advertised Sky TV offer because the relevant channels were not available. The clean towels are a positive feature. The bed was fine, but the hardness and material of the bed linen are of course a matter of taste.The staff was friendly, but we had no experience with the food on offer.

Perfectly sufficient for a weekend vacation. We traveled as a couple and had good experiences. The breakfast was good. A room for two people is completely fine in terms of size. Very friendly and helpful staff. Price-performance was good. We will definitely visit this hotel again.
