The room and the location are ok for my purpose. The bed is very low and the mattress is very soft.There is no WiFi in the room even though the hotel advertises WiFi. I would be happy to hear that WiFi is only available in public areas. It doesn't make it any better, but the guest can adjust to not having anything in the room.The kitchen probably can't do anything for the food because the kitchen is taken away, whoever is cheapest gets the surcharge. The employees on site then have to see how they get something conjured up.The salad buffet is always very nice and varied. Bread is not fresh every day. I skipped the hot food.The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed taking advantage of the leisure activities on offer. In the next two years I will be here more often for further training. I'm very excited about the change

I was here for a few days for a seminar and felt completely comfortable. A very nice, modern house with great and diverse offers. I particularly liked the quiet environment with a small forest and good connections at the same time.The staff was very friendly and helpful, I was even able to check in earlier. The food was also very tasty and varied - even for me as a vegetarian there was a very large selection. I was really happy about the packed lunch on the day of departure, that's a really great idea.As two small points of criticism I would like to mention the squeaky bed and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms - but that was bearable.It's a shame that my stay was so short - further training is very easy here. It was almost like a vacation 👍🏻

Price-performance ratio is not right at all.In itself it is a nice, well-kept hotel with large hotel rooms.BUT… serving the food canteen-style is unfortunately not possible at all for the price.And it's too far from the city center, even if the tram is relatively close to the hotel.The positive thing about a city center location is that the parking spaces are free and locked.In general, a nightly price of €80-90 would be reasonable for what is on offer.However, despite booking months in advance, we paid €200 a night.

Super well-kept hotel, very nice staff.Rooms are clean and great in size, no noises from the neighboring rooms either, really great.Unfortunately it's a little outside the center, but it was still worth it. Bus and train in front of the door.

In itself a nice hotel in the north of Dresden in an almost green oasis.weak point- Canteen food without much choice and a lot of ready meals- the hotel is too far away from the center to be used as a hotel for a city trip. There are better, more modern, more central hotels in the old town of Dresden.If you're a seminar guest at the IAG, it's okay, but there are alternatives for city travelers.Read reviews❓Please rate it🙏, I wrote this FOR YOU!

Stayed here for over a week, Do Not Disturb sign was ignored more than 4 times a day (when we hung it). When we asked for cleaning, it wasn't done (for more than 5 nights, not once). Room keys don't work, we had to speak to reception several times. To top it off, there was no hot water last night, but no solution was found. It was not possible to call emergency services. We were traveling for work in a large group and stayed in this hotel and two fellow travelers had the same experiences. One can really only hope that this hotel rethinks everything they do. From reception to room design to guest service. Really the only point that is worth mentioning in a positive way is that the hotel is in a quiet location.

Very pleasant atmosphere, quiet location, easily accessible by tram, clean and well maintained. The staff is consistently very courteous and friendly. I didn't find it particularly funny that I had to pay €1.00 for each mini fried egg at breakfast.

BGW seminar and we were able to travel with our dog super easily. Mega dog-friendly and a really nice room for a seminar hotel.The grounds were super relaxed and the food was really okay for a seminar hotel. It's just not a 5 star hotel for annual vacations.The only drawback. We booked a late check out, which apparently wasn't documented. We then received a visit from the super nice cleaner. But that was quickly resolved.When we were leaving, we received a stupid and very derogatory comment from an employee that next time we should check out at 9:00 a.m. Of course he can't help it that it wasn't properly documented. But it was really out of place and in the end it was the last impression that is most likely to stick in the end.But it was cool. Thank you and see you next time.

Been there several times. Quiet location, right next to the forest (nice run or walk). Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are functional and clean. Food is good and varied. The old town or city center can be easily reached by tram.

So it's okay as a training hotel. Had a single room. The mattress was about 10 cm above the floor and probably came from NVA stocks. Ancient spring core mattress that was as hard as concrete. Food no more than mediocre canteen standard. Breakfast scrambled eggs from the Tetra Pak. Normal beer in the sports bar 5€. It's questionable who would vacation here for these prices and the quality offered

The hotel is an academy hotel and is therefore functional! Nice large parking lot, clean facility... BUT the kitchen, the culinary quality of the food is a disaster. Everything tastes like mixed water, and some dishes were even served two days in a row. The food really tastes more like very cheap cafeteria food. The hotel used to be in a much better position. This forced vegiday on Wednesdays is something that can be argued about a lot. The hotel itself is ok!!!

We came as a family of 7 people. With a bit of luck I got a "Monday room" here, because you shouldn't expect a guest to have a mattress that competes with any waterbed. Missing sockets, old technology and a gap in the door that permanently illuminates the room are the crowning glory...

Stay for one night during further training.It was a pleasant stay where everything went smoothly from check-in to food to check-out.A stay here is definitely recommended for courses. However, the route to the city is quite long, which is why I would recommend other accommodations for holidaymakers.

I stayed at this hotel several times for BGW training. The rooms are functionally furnished and very clean. As has been described many times, a fridge and kettle would have been great, but I always take everything with me when I travel and since it was November, I was able to cool drinks on the windowsill. Of course this doesn't work in summer.The food tastes good, I don't understand the fuss about Veggi Day, I thought it was very good, maybe not everything tastes good, the noodles are a bit too soft, but I always found something tasty. Actually almost a luxury starter, main course and dessert. TV didn't work for a few hours, the staff was there immediately and took action, everything worked again in the evening.

Just outside, nice and quiet. From there, take the stress-free tram into the city.The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. You have the feeling that you are welcome even with children. Very pleasant.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very directly connected by tram from the main station.Otherwise, you unfortunately notice in all aspects that the hotel automatically gets customers and does not have to face real competition:- vegetarian food: I would also like to eat less meat, but in this hotel vegetarian usually means pasta with sauce, which is bland and boring.- Coffee in the canteen: otherwise not available for breakfast. Coffee after lunch? Not in the hotel- Room: 3 sockets, one of which is next to the room door and 2 sockets approx. 50cm above the table. This makes the safe use of electrical devices difficult or even impossible (the devices are then operated unsafely with floating wiring). Instead of decent bedside tables, people preferred to have the sockets on the bed closed. The overall equipment is perhaps functional but nothing more (not even a refrigerator)-Bathroom: if you arrive on Monday, the bathroom in the room tends to smell musty...it hasn't been used for three days (who takes care of the legionella here?). The shower cubicles are inherently leaky (approx. 1cm gap on the door) and the door does not lock. So you flood the bathroom first and when you step back from the mirror (because it's way too dark) you can end up with the shower door in the cross because it's swung open again-WiFi: theoretically available, but the signal strength in the room is often only enough to see the Wi-Fi in the network list. A permanent connection or even data throughput is a big matter of luck. You also have to look up the password on the website, it's no longer on the documents in the room... but it's not that bad, it's been unchanged for almost a decade (and therefore no longer a password in the legal sense)- Sales: snacks and drinks are sold at reception. The deposit is collected but no longer paid out... and this is in the Academy Hotel of the German Statutory Accident InsuranceThis is just a short summary of the most important points.
